Victor Olive, Sam Iovino, and Jim Montgomery were an absolute pleasure to work with. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. It was very stress free. They have an excellent selection new and used with very affordable prices. The staff was great and they made me feel right at home. They were quite knowledgeable and can assist you with any questions you have. (I know I had a few). I purchased a 2013 Suzuki SX4 crossover in October of 2016 from Watson Chevrolet. Up until a few months ago we had been happy with our purchase. A few months ago I got a letter in the mail from Suzuki corporate office for a recall on the power steering pump and the shift lever mechanism. The power steering pump could abruptly fail during driving and cause the driver to lose control of the vehicle. The shift lever could be moved while one's foot is not on the brake , which can lead to the vehicle rolling away. Here's the kicker Both of these recalls were issued in 2015 according to Suzuki. Again, I purchased the car from Watson in late 2016 We were sold a vehicle with open recalls that had been open for over a year. Watson does not do appropriate research on the cars that they sell to the public. Or maybe they knew, and they just didn't care. We made the mistake of trusting Watson and the Carfax the showed us (Carfax is NOT always accurate, this we now know) , and if either of these issues had come about during driving we may have had a serious accident. Buying a used car always carries a risk, but buying a used car from Watson carries a much greater risk. Especially since according to Suzuki customer service, as Watson was the previous owner of the vehicle before I bought it from them , Watson must have been made aware in writing through the mail that there was an open recall on the car that they had sold me. I hope this review serves as a warning to prospective car buyers to both avoid Watson in Murrysville. I honestly think I would have been equally well off and would have saved a lot of money just buying the first Suzuki SX4 I found on Craigslist then going through a supposedly professional and reputable dealership. It's unfortunate that I had to become one of those people who complain on the Internet about their purchases, but I make all my major financial decisions based somewhat on consumer reviews and appreciate the candor of regular people sharing their experiences - I hope this review informs the decisions of prospective car buyers considering Watson.

Ultimately the problem was fixed by them under recall, although they made me wait a whole day (still driving an unsafe car that never should have been sold to me in the first place) for a loaner after I brought this up to them, and watson repeatedly ignored my calls (until I dialed as a private numberthen they picked up :) ). The only reasonably responsive person at that dealership is the sales manager.

We purchased a vehicle here right after they originally built and moved into this location and we really liked dealing with them but boy have things changed from then to now. We walked about for some time before getting the attention of a salesperson well we never really had their undivided attention but they amused themselves by making themselves physically available. We test drove and were interested in a used vehicle but someone not certain who at Watson had looked at the vehicle we wanted to trade and I will leave it at there was a very large disparity in the numbers and it was evident that they had no interest in even attempting to work to put a deal together. We left and fortunately we went to another dealership where our experience was much better and we were able to put together a deal that worked for everyone involved. Based on our recent experience I won't be going back to Watson for another vehicle.
