I love Toyota of Fort Worth; however, they can not keep secrets very well!! I called and scheduled my husband a full detail cleaning for his truck as a surprise Christmas gift. I was assured there would be no emails or calls to remind him of appointment. Today, he gets an email and calls to cancel appointment. Surprise ruined! I never get to surprise him and for once it was working perfectlybut not now! My awesome $140 gift surprise ruined. Aside from feeling sad over ruined surprise, great service and friendly employees and staff!!

Courteous staff to check you in. Large clean waiting area, even cold bottles of water. sadly there were no areas to plug your phone, while I waited for 3 hours for recap item. Def should address this to improve an extended wait. Again the staff was courteous b

I have had nothing but AMAZING experiences @ Toyota of Fort Worth. I have purchased 2 cars and had great service both times. My mom and step dad have purchased 6 vehicles and have had the same experience. It doesn't matter who you speak with, you are going to have an awesome experience, almost like talking with family. Aaron Ball has been amazing and helpful every time we have been in Toyota. I highly recommend this dealership and Aaron Ball for your best vehicle buying experience!

Since I moved to Fort Worth I've been taking my car for maintenance there, they provide very excellent service, staff are always helpful. I also purchased a new vehicle there recently, and the salesman lady who's name was Lindsay was so kind and helpful and she deserves at least this review from me for her kindness to the point that she offered to drive my new car home because I didn't have any one else with me to drive my old car back. Thanks Lindsay and thanks for Toyota of Fort Worth for outstanding service!!

I want to let everyone know that if you're interested in purchasing a vehicle, Toyota of Fort Worth is the place you need to be. I had a horrible experience with Freeman Toyota in Hurst, Texas on Tuesday Sept. 26, 2017, and straight from there I went to the Toyota of Fort Worth where I met Francisco Sanchez the salesman who help me though the purchase of our vehicle from start to finish. I got one of the best deals and Francisco was there to answer questions throughout the process and I'm very grateful to him. I don't know what is their model at Toyota of Fort Worth is, but I can say it must be very good one since dealing with the finance manager and other managers there; I was only treated with respect and also not pushy as sales people are known to be. On the 28th of Sept. I went there to get my windows tinted and it was a very fast and efficient from getting in to the exiting the service shop. Everyone very helpful in the service department and with sales department Francisco Sanchez a very good experience purchasing our in addition to the family. NOTHING SHORT OF A FIVE STAR RATING.

My family has now purchased four vehicles from Toyota of Fort Worth and wouldn't think of going elsewhere! Everyone here is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that your experience is truly exceptional. I didn't think I would even be able to get into a new car but Aaron Ball made it happen for me. If you are looking for a new ride, go see Aaron. He is the best! My purchase experience was stress free and I got exactly what I needed!

Fantastic buying experience. I bought a vehicle a number of years ago and was impressed with Meghan Drake, who sold me the vehicle from Toyota of Fort Worth. I am East of Plano, TX so I have many Toyota dealerships very close to me. When need came to buy another Toyota, I looked around my area, in addition to contacting Meghan once again. By far, Meghan earned my business yet again by her honest, straightforward, direct, and no hassle methods. Thank you Meghan! See you next time as well.

I live in Dallas and it was definitely worth the trip to Fort Worth. I was helped by Kevin and Chase. They did everything they can to deliver great customer service and also save you time (I was only there for 3 hours throughout the whole process. It was a pretty good amount of time compared to other dealerships). Overall, great and hassle free experience. No added or hard sales on extras. I only wish they could clean the car a little bit better before handling it to me. The carpet on the driver side was dirty and my trunk was trashy when I got it.

Everyone was amazingly helpful. Their service was timely, even though there were a long line of cars they quickly moved the cars. Facilities were immaculate, and I found it very nice everyone was super polite. I was in and out before I knew it, and spent more time working on my computer than they spent getting my truck inspected. Highly recommended!

Buying our Sienna from Toyota of Fort Worth was excellent! I typically HATE buying a car. I do as much research online as I can prior to visiting dealership, because I have just never had a great experience. This was very different.
From the time our sales person Aaron Ball met us at the door to the time we drove out of the lot with our new Sienna it was around two hours. That includes searching the available vehicles on the lot, test driving the Sienna we wanted and signing the paper work. I had spent a longer time than that with other dealers that I did not purchased from that day. It was all really smooth transaction with no pressure.
I also got survey in the mail a couple of days later asking me about my experience and for how they could make their process better. Aaron also emailed me thanking me for my business and told me to let him know if I ever need anything. I have never received customer care follow ups from a dealer after I drove off the lot.
I got a really great deal on my Sienna and the customer service and ongoing Toyota Care is excellent! Also be sure to ask for Aaron Ball he was professional, knowledgeable, and took good great of us.response / report this review -

I had just finished my review when it disappeared - so here goes again:
The young man who met us as the curb when we arrived (Chase R.) stayed with us through the whole lease process. He was professional, attentive and made us comfortable. He was great!

My husband and I have now purchased 4 cars from this dealership, all because of Meghan Drake. She is amazing! She has top-notch knowledge of Toyota and is the most caring and easy sales person to work with. She really makes us feel like we are important and treats us with the utmost respect. Matt James also helped us during our last purchase and he was amazing too. He really took the time to have discussions with us to help determine what we wanted and which vehicle would be best for us. Overall we always love our experiences here and would recommend them to anyone!
