Lady Manager is rude and unprofessional! If I could give less I would plenty of other places around and way better!

Amazing hotel! Was here for a destination wedding. Super friendly staff who gave us beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Breakfast is pretty basic but the common area is great with a patio outside as well.

Appears to be recently upgraded. Affordable! So clean and centrally located in South Beach in Miami. Restaurants, shopping, people watching galore. Will always try here first when going to Miami are.

Location and the fact that they give umbrellas and chairs is great, however, this gets covered by everything else that is terrible. Rooms, especially bathrooms OMG how dirty and with black hair all over, when cleaning service was requested, they made our bed and that's all. Didn't give us even a full set of towels, only 3 bath towels. Sleep quality was the worst thing, We could hear our neighbors breathing, and the hall noise was like we had no walls. Breakfast was poor too. 150 for that room was at least 4 times overpriced, will never go back. Front desk people were very nice though.

Wonderful staff! You can't beat the location for the price. Everyone was very nice and very accommodating, we really enjoyed our stay. When we come back to Miami we will stay here!

This hotel was terrible. The lobby was very loud. There was a notice from Florida Hotel and restaurant division saying the food area was closed until further inspection, yet they were serving food from it. The mattress spring could be felt, there was hair on the bedding" the windows were old so could here everything including conversations on the street below. The curtains were very thin so it was light in the room all night. The only thing good is the closeness to the beach.

This is absolutely the worst hotel, or I should say motel I've ever stayed in. My friend and I had a two bedroom with a balcony. The room was unclean. The toilet kept breaking. The front desk had to fix the toilet at least 5 times during our stay. We called and requested services on more than one occasion and didn't receive immediate response. We asked for clean towels & was told we had to come get them ourselves!!! The room didn't even have a trash can and the TV did not work.!!! The beds were low to the ground and uncomfortable and there were not enough outlets!!! Ruined our whole trip.!!!!! Never again!!!! Don't stay here, I beg of you!!!!

As mentioned just a walk to the beach (not even 4 mins but less). They helped us check in an hour earlier. Our rooms were really nice with some cutlery ready for use too. We also had a small balcony with seats n table. The breakfast was lovely with a number of options. They provide beach towels complimentary and beach chairs and umbrella are also provided for a deposit which was returned. There is also a cafe downstairs that has good food for reasonable price. We didn't have to use our car once we reached here. Overall a perfect stay!

Good enough and not too expensive. The location is beautiful, quiet and very close to the beach. The staff is very helpful, always available and friendly. The view from our room was simply amazing. Could be cleaner and breakfast could have more variety
