Wall paper falling off. Damaged walls and dresser. The bathtub has lots of missing caulking. I found trash leftover from previous guests. There was hair in the shower also from a previous guest. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I called the front desk to let them know and they just made a joke about it. Verry unimpressed! I spoke with the front desk in the morning about the issues the guy was very apologetic. They gave me free parking value of $35.00

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Immensely impressed with the room we had when we stayed. Extremely spacious and the view of our section of Downtown was great. The amenities and furnishings were new but there were tell tale signs that the building was from an older time but you know what who cares. I slept great after 20 hours of driving (San Antonio to Denver) and the breakfast the next morning was AWESOME!!! We loaded up and even packed some fruit for the rest of the trip onto Spokane.

My family and I wanted a quick trip into Denver. Great price. Clean hotel. A little old, but that what's you get downtown sometimes. Location was incredible walking distance to anything we wanted to do.

Wonderful hotel! Well kept as everything I encountered was clean and working as intended. Great location to everything. 16th St Mall, Union Station, the Wynkoop, the Tattered Cover, and Coors Field were all within walking distance (among many other points of interest). The room was nice and clean. Our room in particular had a fantastic view of downtown. The service was phenomenal. The front desk clerk, Manny, was quite a gentleman and informative. He told me everything I needed to know and had great suggestions for what to do while in town. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was superior to most hotel's with a complimentary breakfast. No complaints! Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Overall a good hotel but the bathroom setup was super weird. Walls were thin but rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Valet parking is $37/night with is a little too steep but there isn't another option with a car.

Location: great, right next to 16th street mall, very close to many venues. Rooms: interesting, very modern, bathrooms have a sliding glass door instead of the normal hinged wooden ones. Service: good, didn't need anything from the front desk, but check in was pretty painless.

Nice small hotel in great locating for walking and exploring downtown. Across street from historical must see hotel property. Good breakfast and comfortable setting. Manny at front desk was very helpful, even with big group checking in. Room was clean, hot water was just warm due to some heater issue, and very friendly and efficient cleaning personnel. Wil be back.

Very thin walls where you can hear your neighbor's TV and talking. We changed rooms because we weren't going to be able to sleep, and the next room had the same problem so I don't think it was the neighbors but then walls! Worse yet was the bathroom. There is no real door on the bathroom but instead they have a sliding glass "door" that provides no privacy and does not close completely! Use this hotel only if you don't mind noise coming into your room from your neighbors and you don't have a problem with needing privacy in the bathroom.

Nice location! However please look into your Summer air conditioning! Rooms are not cooling down ! And it's not just my room. It's my only complaint! The staff and cleanliness are wonderful. Thanks!

Rooms were nice, but dated. The corner rooms we had seemed a bit like an afterthought that was cobbled together to make work. We were charged again upon arriving for prepaid rooms. The valet service was excellent! Josh and his crew were outstanding! The bathrooms should've had doors rather than sliding glass.

The lobby was so hot we were dripping in sweat while we waited to check in. I was not welcomed as an IHG rewards platinum member. The restroom in the lobby didn't have any soap not even a dispenser where soap once was. The air conditioner in the room was barely working. We had to ask for bath towels. The shower didn't drain and even after notifying staff it still didn't seem to drain any better. The rooms are clean and staff was friendly though.
