It was pretty standard for a hotel. The buffet didn't have bagels which was pretty weird and they said their special was pancakes which you would think would be pretty standard for a breakfast buffet. It turns out that they didn't serve lunch in the 1550 restaurant but they did let us sit in there even after breakfast was over so that was very nice and they were still attentive which was unexpected and very nice.

The Sheraton is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the security people. There's lots of space to do conferences, and more often than not, there's an event taking place place there. The rooms are beautiful as well, and they're kept immaculate. The military even houses their new recruits there before the ship off to boot camp! Really, if you can afford to stay there, do. You won't be disappointed.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is great if you have business in the downtown area. It's a good 5-7min walk to the convention center which I didn't mind since the weather was good. The hotel restaurant has the slowest service I've ever seen. Not sure if they are under staffed or the wait staff need better training. It was faster and cheaper for me to walk down the street to a breakfast joint to have breakfast.

A pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is a little older but well maintained and very clean. Staff were reasonably friendly, but I did notice that there was a lack of courtesy from lobby staff when it came to things like a 'Hello' or 'Good morning'. In most instances you had to engage with them first, which was fine, but a courtesy greating enhances the overall guest experience. Hotel is very centrally located in the main shopping district.

When I checked in, I was told they didn't have the King bed room I had ordered but they did have a room with two queen size beds. Well, I'd ordered two queen size beds - and since I was with three other friends it would have been bad to get just one king bed. Parking there is also ridiculous ($40 per night) when there are public parking lots right down the street. Otherwise the room was clean and the on site restaurant was great. No complaints about the stay itself. The location of the hotel is great as well.

The hotel is great for conferences, but if you get a hotel late, the don't take priority of you. I was looking to change from a "cozy" room type to a larger. They said they would give me a call back and never did. Called the front desk to ask again, and they had something available. I might have never been called.

They only initially provided parking through valet and if we agreed to leave the car parked overnight. Room was comfortable but had a persistent chemical odor. There was a noise complaint when both my daughters woke in the night (7mo old & 2.5yr old) wanting diaper changes and feeding. This was particularly frustrating because we got them to calm, then the A/C kicked on, startling the girls. It was quite a loud system when turning on. Possibly the second loudest start up I’ve ever seen. With whirring, shaking, revving as it powers up. Calmed the girls again and shortly after hotel security knocks on the door to inform us of the noise complaint; frightening the girls again. Get the girls to calm down again, after reassuring security that they “don’t need medical attention” and the A/C units startles the babies again Then we were so stressed out about these events that it was difficult for us to sleep as well. A delicious breakfast buffet was included with our three nights.

The room is very comfortable. There is a wonderful restaurant downstairs. The fitness center is also very good, and open 24/7. I would recommend it. I'm here for a conference, the conference rooms are very nice as well and the staff is great!

Great location, right on 16th Street Mall. We were upgraded to the lounge level so that was nice. Room is good, bathroom small, AC unit is loud, I called down and they made it better but it's still not quiet like a normal a/c but the bed is really comfortable. The gym is HUGE and usually empty. They have dumbbells up to 100lbs, a Smith machine and a bunch of other various machines but no racks. I haven't had much interaction with the staff but they were nice at the desk. Overall I like it.

Stayed on 21st floor in suite. Suite was large and all furniture was nice except the couch which has seen better days. Per usual the bed was comfortable and everything appeared to be clean. The carpet in the hallway needed to be stretched. That's a fall lawsuit waiting to happen. The front desk failed to program our card keys to allow us into the club room so I had to wait for security to come let me in. As we were leaving we attempted to use our card key to exit the garage. Guess what, the front desk failed to program our key for the garage. We hit the assistance button several time, nobody ever answered. We got to pay $40 to exit and then rather than dropping our card keys there we got to go back inside to have them remove that fee. They have several aggressive panhandlers around the outside of the building which makes it uncomfortable to walk out alone after dark.

I used the hotel for the new Enterprise down in the lobby. They were a little busy, so they upgraded us to a Wrangler for no extra charge! I stayed here for eight nights and it was pretty good. The staff are friendly but not all of them are the best at customer service. They have a great outdoor pool and our room was pretty nice.

I used the hotel for the new Enterprise down in the lobby. They were a little busy, so they upgraded us to a Wrangler for no extra charge! They even let us park there at night to save on paying for parking at the Renaissance. The people there were super helpful and friendly. Would recommend!

Very comfortable beds. Extremely convenient location for walking or public transit around the city. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet. I didn't take advantage of the bar or restaurant, but they appeared to be upscale. For what I paid it exceeded expectations.

Awesome hotel!! Not the highest quality in downtown but it is still very beautiful and VERY CLEAN. They treat you like royalty!!! Staff was excellent, Carly checked us in and was so sweet to accommodate our needs. Every staff member we walked past said hello and made sure we were taken care of. We ordered room service, the girl that delivered it to us was a hoot!
IDEAL PLACE to have a large group gathering like a family reunion or even wedding. So many different ballrooms and conference rooms. The place is huge so kids will get out their energy without bothering anybody.
BEST PART: so many restaurants in and around the hotel, so the entire time you stay there you don't even have to leave if you don't want to!
We had one issue with our bill and they realized it right away. This place is great, worth every penny and we will definitely be back!!response / report this review
