This place is awesome! I can live here 😂. A couple of things need repairs but nothing too bad. Beds are comfy, rooms are a good size. Staff is awesome and friendly. Will stay here again if I come back to Cleveland.

This is the best and most well managed hotel I have ever stayed at and I stay at hotels on average 200 nights a year. Pam and Dave the mangers took care of all my needs and they and the entire staff made me feel like family during my stay.
I planned on staying 6 weeks and stayed for 6 months if that tells you the story.response / report this review -

Needed a quick getaway. Someplace to just stay as a central location. We went too late to use the pool 😞 but my kid still had fun! Staff had great ideas on local places to keep him happy. Clean, friendly, and will definitely stay again!

Modern suites with well appointed kitchen for meal preps and cooking. Our two bedroom suite featured a living room and dining room. The breakfast room offered a variety of hot and cold foods. While the fitness center equipment rivals any pay to use facility. This unique accommodation is conveniently is located within walking distance to fine dining and easy access to I-90.

This was my second stay at TownePlace Suites in Westlake, and I would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were nice. It was easy to get into the city to attend a Browns game because the hotel is right off the interstate.

Nice Marriott, tough to find. It is hidden behind a courtyard Marriott. Town place sign is small, overgrown by a bush and below an RTA sign.

Spacious suites, complete with dinnerware, a washing machine, all the kitchen comforts of home. Bathroom divides into two sections, sink area can be used and separate from the shower/toilet. The check in counter has food/snacks/drinks for purchase, which was a nice convenience. To compliment the pull out couch, they provide a bag of sheets, a bed cover, and a blanket.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The facility is good: room was nicely equipped with kitchenette, bed was comfortable. Breakfast is quite good: bagels, English muffins, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt, muffins, boiled eggs, cheese, orange juice, tea, coffee. Some noise from the hallway and outside. Overall a good place to stay.

The location is great and very close to Crocker Park! Several restaurants are within walking distance to the hotel. The room was cleaner and bigger than expected. Perfect place to stay for my summer internship!

Hotel is REALLY worn down. Not at all what I was expecting from this brand. Exterior is nice and the one person on the staff I encountered was pleasant but the shape of the hallways, elevator and room in general are just nasty.

If you like dirty rooms, this place is for you. And burned out light bulbs. And no Platinum status acknowledgement. And being put in a room as far away as possible even though place was maybe 20% full.

Everything you expect! I had 2 rooms to a suite and the customer service, cleaning service, and employees were very friendly and cared about you. The breakfast was great for a free breakfast. They always had cookies out at this location too :) you can use outdoor pool here or go across the parking lot and use indoor pool there.

We booked room through online third party(basically everyone does it nowadays) . The front desk refused to give us a double bed, I hate to share bed with my co-worker. I mean, co-worker She pretends to be nice, but unfortunately we could tell her ignorance from her serious face She even told me to get another room if I don't like the arrangement. The hotel in general is not that good for its $. And the front desk made me sick.
