Our room was so nasty. If we hadn't been desperate for a room with our car sick kiddo we would've never stayed. Bed sheets were dirty (luckily we were traveling so we had our own stuff), on the bathroom wall there was pee stains, the windows were super dirty. It looked like someone had thrown a party in there and no one wanted to clean it or something. I've stayed at days inn,in other locations and they were just fine. But definitely would never stay at the one at this location ever again.

Quaint and quiet place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk suggested nice restaurants near by. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast I had of waffles, oatmeal, juice and coffee was quite good.

Room was clean and quiet. Whole hotel seemed well kept. Breakfast wasn't super but they never are when they are free. Good place to stay for the money.

Horrible horrible. Rooms dirty, hallways dirty and stinky. Had to have room changed cause wouldn't refund money. False avertisement. No restaurant/ lounge. Security door broke .ice machine broke . Fridge froze our food. Carpets filthy. Worse days inn I ever stayed at. Really disappointed in the chain of motels. Couldn't wait till trip was over. Never ever stay there again. Disgusting filthy motel.and over charged with what booking. Com said 👎

First impression of this place was okay. But it all went downhill from there.
The service at the front desk was like any other hotel. They also recommended an amazing pizza place, which is one of the reasons they got 2 stars from me instead of one.
The internet in the room didn't work, so we called the company, per order of the front desk. We were on the phone for an hour. The next morning at breakfast we found out that the internet switch was turned off all night!
I have to say housekeeping was awful. One of the shampoos in our bathroom was half used! The rug was so dirty it turned my feet black after 5 minutes! And, just FYI, they reuse the sheets here, and you have to request sheets if you want clean ones!!! And who knows if they will even be clean.
At least the AC worked. But that's probably because it was 64 degrees outside. And don't even think about turning it down or anything. The machine is from 1950, so if you don't have grandma with you, you will be freezing ALL NIGHT!
We read that the pool was open until 10. Nope. It closes at 8.
The highlight of my stay at this hotel was the waffles at breakfast. That should tell you something.response / report this review -

Definitely outdated. Definitely disappointed. Restaurant and lounge closed. One night was enough. Used to stay there often years ago. Definitely needs some maintenance. Sheets appeared clean, but top bedding had holes. TV was HUGE - and i mean the old box type, not the screen size. Fridge and microwave in room worked properly as well as the air conditioning.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It's a run down, old hotel. The air conditioning in half the hotel doesn't work. The hallways are gross and hot and smelly and dirty. We had to have our room switched because there was water on our floor from a leaking ac unit. The room was hot and smelled. Both tvs in both rooms were fuzzy and had a white line that ran across the screen. There were sketchy looking people sitting in cars and trucks off in a grassy area next to the hotel right by the parking. The door to get into the hotel on the side wasn't even locked. Anyone could get into the building. It was so bad we cancelled our reservation.

I have been a regular guest at this hotel throughout the last 5 years. I choose to keep coming back because I love the staff and management. Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. One of the main reasons I enjoy coming this particular hotel is because they are pet friendly and have the pool. Every time I come to stay at the days inn, I notice something has changed or been updated and I personally think they have the best curb appeal from the surrounding hotels. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Its a nice place to stay staff has been great cause im handicap they help with whatever I need the manager Bob has great with helping with my needs and I would say for anyone this is a great place to stay short or long term.

Very comfortable and great location for access to Mentor, friendly staff and all you need. The room was comfortable and the facilities were all I needed. Breakfast was great and I would recommend this for a good stay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. On-site laundry dried my clothes in 1 cycle. The hotel looks dated, but appropriately priced.

Dirty, filthy hotel mattresses were stained and there were no fitted sheets on our beds. Pillow cases weren't washed and there was burn holes on the furniture. Bed bugs aren't beyond the rhelm of possibilities here! I know it's only 47.00$ for the room but trust me when I say for the sake of your nights sleep save it and spend it in your car at a rest stop or spend 20 extra $s on a better room you cheap SOB ! Don't make the same mistake I did and stay at this shittttay hotel!
