I've had a great week here. The room is comfortable and spotless. There's a small well equipped gym, and breakfast is delicious.

Had a very nice stay at the Cleveland Mayfield Staybridge Suites. The check-in clerks were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed, but they were delivered to our room within 15 minutes. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear the dog and small child across the hall, but it didn't bother us too much. The free hot breakfast was delicious, but there are not a lot of dairy free options. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and friendly. I gave the hotel 4 stars because there was no awning to unload the car and it was pouring. They can't control the rain, but most other hotels have a covered area to unload.

First, no portico. Had to park and unload the car in the rain.
There may or may not been maid service on the weekends.
The card in the room said no, but they showed up anyway.
Perhaps because they were hosting 2 wedding parties that
weekend. Wedding venue just across the parking lot, evidently
popular.

Free dinners, M-T-W only. Pet friendly. Fairly good cooked breakfast
every day. Big fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher in room.
assorted utensils, plates, cups, etc. Motley assortment.

air conditioner was hard to get set - controls on the box and a thermostat
on the wall, and was noisy - loud clunk when it came on and off.

Elevator was fairly quick. Place was clean and orderly. Did not check out the pool or the exercise center.
Located in an office park, on a quiet side road.

Very nice looking and comfortable. Recently renovated. Large breakfast buffet. Fully-functional kitchen in the room. Was disappointed there are no vent fans in the bathrooms, and one of our tubs barely drained, but we'll leave a note for the friendly staff and I'm sure they'll see it gets fixed.

I stayed in a studio suite for one night the last week in September. Everything about my stay was perfect! Friendly staff, beautiful room and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend to all my friends!

Stayed in 1 Queen bed suite w/kitchenette. Room and hotel was clean and modern inside and out. Price was reasonable. Check in and Check out was quick and efficient. Staff was polite. Would stay here agsin.

Well I stayed one night. The hotel was under renovations and there was construction going on all over the place. Painting too. My suite was nice and I was comfortable during my stay. They had some food out from 5:30-7:30 which was nice. I was down for the food about 6:15 and most everything was pretty much gone and the staff wasn't replenishing too quickly if ever.

We liked the room amenities. The tub and full kitchen was nice. The bed was comfortable. The floor was dirty, there were dirty towels and dishes. The breakfast was not good. We liked the TV and the channels available. We liked that it was non-smoking. We just didn't feel like the counters and everything was clean enough. Also the toilet paper wasn't my fave.

They are remodeling but it was good. They have gatherings 3 nights a week. The room waa large and had a kitchenette. Staff was friendly. Location was very convenient.

Huge beds. Great staff. Warm cookies on checkin. No hot tub or pool. But perfect for office or overnight. Staff is amazing and helpful. Rooms are clean Just make sure you specify your needs: fridgerator or microwaveeverything else is included.

It's very near the company I am visiting that is why I picked it at the time. Turn out it is not a bad choice. It is clean. Pretty quiet. Provide free hot breakfast. Three days of a week have social night. You can have vegetable dip and two hot items. Even have beer and wine.

Terrible breakfast. Food was good quality. Poorly prepared. Cold eggs and sausage at 7AM. Late as well some days. Rooms are okay, room service randomly skipped me one day. It's a fine place, but they could do much better with a little effort.

I was in town to visit family for the holiday and decided to stay at the hotel for a few days. My nieces came along with me to check in. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a friendly welcome. The girls were not originally going to stay at the hotel with me, but the front desk attendant offered me an upgrade and we were impressed with the suite immediately!

The suite was spacious enough for us, with two bedrooms, and a nice kitchen. The breakfast was great and the location was quiet and safe. It was nice to stay somewhere that was home-like for my stay.

The best thing about my stay was the staff! They were all so helpful and so professional. I take customer service very seriously, and they were all top-notch: front desk, housekeeping, food services, everyone! It wasn't a perfect stay, but it certainly exceeded my expectations. I don't normally stay in a hotel when I visit my family in Cleveland, but this visit was so good I just might have to do it again!
