Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Convenient location. Price can't be beat.

The Room was clean. The air conditioner did not work well. The bed was comfortable. Several lights in the Room were convenient. The motel as a whole really needs to be updated. Pricing was good. I would stay there again.

😄😄Excellect place with great people. Very clean and comfy. the property super close to a whole array of food and shopping the hotels prperty itself is beautiful with trees and a lovely little stream.😍😍😍

Friendly helpful staff. Stupidly went out to the car in the parking lot with bare feet and can attest they keep it clean! NO trash! Decaf in the room but not for the general breakfast, which is minimal. But no real complaints.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to, gave me the wrong room three times. Beds unmade, dirty towels in the bathroom. Don't waste your time by going to this hotel.

I arrived one hour earlier than checking in time 2 PM. The clerk refused me to do any paper work for check in, not providing a restroom, suggesting me to go to the nearest mall for rest room. At least I thought they can keep some luggages at the desk until 2 PM, but they refused stating that they were unable to be responsible for any items.
My stay inside of the Inn was minimal - no shampoo/conditioner were provided, but you have to ask for them, let alone toothpaste and brush
The coffee and the hot water were not hot enough.
I understand that this is an economy place to stay, while very basic service or hospitality has to be provided. Last year, I was at the Hampton Inn in the same vicinity which welcome me with all comfort, friendliness, fresh coffee, good breakfast. I missed the breakfast at the Red hood Inn, but knowing it is provided very small lobby area with those coffee, apples, and possible donuts, I did not feel "missed out" something.
The Inn is located in very convenient area with the Crocker park mall. If you are busy out but need a place to sleep till the morning, this place would work, while if you come from long distance ( I drove from Philadelphia straight), need some comfort, hospitality, would be disappointed.response / report this review -

Great hotel. Nice facility. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Construction in lobby but it was a nice place. Decent prices. Near restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff extremely pleasant and professional. Love being able to park my vehicle and enter into my room without tramping thru a large lobby and hallway. We stayed 3 nights this trip and have stayed here before. When traveling to this area we will stay here again.
