Got to the hotel and was surprised to see it was being renovated. Staff was overall friendly, but unprofessional. Would be outside smoking right at the ramp to the door instead of away from where people would be walking etc. Newly renovated rooms were super nice, would definitely stay there again once renovations are over.

Under major construction right now. Room I had was nicely done, more upscale, only had one issue with what appeared to be hammering at 11 pm called front desk and with a little push they checked it out ( supposedly no construction on my floor only two floors down) and it stopped. I would give it five stars but because of the major construction I could only give it two and a half

They have no main entrance because they are remodeling, so we have to get inside through their the side door, wish look like a dumpster, the rooms and the whole building smell very strong like paint and dust which can trigger my asthma and allergies, they have no kitchen for breakfast so they told me they have a plastic white bag for me in the morning with my breakfast "moon pie, apple and cereal" they have no reception desk so the office is inside of one of their hotel room. I think a bussines like this it should not be open until they are finished remodeling . They should let the customer know before they book a reservation..but of course they don't so they can make their money. Very disappointed.

Was wonderful expect for the ladie that works 3rd shift was drinking with 2 other guys that were doing the construction work there. And when I went to the reception area to get coffee she was so rude

My wife and I booked this hotel through their website. We reserved the Romance Package (which is pictured below). We get there and the hotel was under remodeling (no biggy but should have been stated on website). Get checked in and go to the room. The room was a standard 2 queen room and no whirlpool tub, no champagne, wine, or sparkling cider (like the package said). Went back to the counter and asked about the reservations, the young lady said she did not know what I was talking about because they never had a whirlpool tub or a romance package. So we told her to cancel our reservation and went somewhere else. We will be watching to make sure it was cancelled since it still shows a pending transaction on our card. Bookers beware the website lies.

They were remodeling. The entire place was a disastrous maze and we couldn't stay in the room we reserved because of the paint and floor glue fumes giving us a headache. Went to a different hotel.

Nice hotel, newly renovated. The rooms are nice, and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is minutes away from a mall and right off the highway so it's quick to travel from place to place.

Had a great experience here. For the price cant be beat..comfy bed nice room..only thing negative, no pepper gravy or biscuits at continental breakfastall around good hotel..would stay there again for sure..

The room is very spacious. We had a single King bed. The TV is a large HD flat-screen. Great for hooking a laptop up to and watching movies. However our remote didn't work at all. It could only change the volume. The only other complaint was our lamp had no bulbs. So the only light is the one by the door and in the bathroom. It is very dark in the room without the TV turned on at night. Otherwise good service, and good quality room.

The new renovations for this hotel make it look really nice and modern! There were a few minor issues with the room, the lamp not having any light bulbs and the bathroom not having any towels, but those issues were fixed right away. Also, bring your own pillow, for the pillows they have are little square pillows which are hard to sleep on.

The hotel was well rated and the price was good, which is why we booked it. However, our stay came during a major remodel and they clearly hadn't finished before renting rooms back out to guests. The hallways had paint splatters on the walls and floors, as did the rooms themselves. Doors and walls had streaked paint, and the bathrooms were basically half finished. The bathtub was upgraded and nice, but there were no towel racks at all and the sink leaked onto the floor beneath the vanity every time you used it. The furniture was also utilitarian and very uncomfortable (especially the beds). It honestly felt like one of those HGTV home remodel shows where they show you renovations gone wrong. They're clearly going for an upscale look and I've stayed with this chain before without problems. I gave them 2 stars because the rooms were at least clean, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone until they at least finish the renovations.

Great place. Nice heated pool. There was renovation on the second floor. Not the best view. Only construction and a roof. Great shower. Free breakfast.
