I bought my mustang about 4 months ago from Jay sorry forgot your last name bro. He and the manger one the big fight and got me just what I wanted. They have a customer for life and would by a car from them again. See you guys soon for the wife edge sport . When I say they are stand up men that are here trust me . I love my Fusion and it's going on 8 now, so I go to the dealer for recall issues only. While past visits have been long (and sometimes frustratingly incomplete), the most recent visit was efficient, friendly, and very quick. (I had just enough time to enjoy a free latte from the awesome waiting area.) It does seem to matter which service manager you work with: William Worthington is great. It was definitely as delightful a visit as possible for a car repair.
My only concern is why this recall had not been handled previously, since the dealership does have my records.
Overall, a great visit. Thanks for the awesome professionals who made my visit such an easy one.

Our experience was amazing at T&C Service Dept. We worked with Jacob Groeneveld and this guy really does an amazing job. We had 3 Fords to get into service for recalls, oil changes, and repair and this guy was able to work us in over a 24 hour period. I was able to have the entire family back up and running with minor challenges. Great experience here and Town and Country. Many thanks and look forward to coming back for service potentially buying new vehicles!

I absolutely love my new truck! My sales associate, Mike, and the sales manager, Adam, were extremely patient and gave me all the time I needed to look through all the options that fit my budget (great selection on-site). I've dealt with pushy sales people at other dealerships but never once felt pressured into a decision. They were very helpful, answered all my questions and worked very hard to make sure I got the biggest bang for my buck. Mike even came in on his day off to make sure the car was perfectly detailed when I picked it up the following day (he even topped off the tank!). I definitely recommend T&C to anyone looking for a new/used car.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Focus. I worked with Russ and Kent who provided great service. These folks don't work off commission so they are not at all pushy and provide a pretty relaxed car buying experience. The price I got was great and the dealer was great. I went in for routine maintenance of oil change, tire rotation and car inspection. As usual I waited in the lounge area after having a treat at the convenient deli located inside the building. My technician, Gary Davis, was current with my information and explained that I would need new tires at my next service date. We discussed what I would need and that it would also require a tire alignment. My wait was not that long or didn't seem long because of the TV in the lounge area.

Awesome staff, really comfortable showroom with nice amenities. My deal was done in under an hour and Jay took the time to walk me through all the features I wasn't familiar with on my new truck. The GM, Charlie Pierce, personally came over to thank me for my business and was extremely genuine and personable.
Great experience all around and I would definitely recommend Town and Country Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I took my 2017 F-150 in for its first/annal service to Town and Country this week. Gary Wilson was the friendly service representative who took care of me with outstanding efficiency, courtesy and expertise. They graciously provided courtesy shuttle service (Derrick--also tops) from the shop and back again in later in the day for pick up. Could not have been more convenient. I absolutely love my gorgeous F-150 King Ranch, which has performed flawlessly over this first year, extremely comfortable for my wife and I, serving us well for our utility needs. Best vehicle I ever bought ! I highly recommend Town and Country for all aspects--sales and service.

Ford town and country is the best dealership and service department in North Carolina!! Mark Page - the service department representative is the most amazing worker they have! I have taken my car in on numerous occasions to get work done on it and he always manages to accommodate my needs and he goes above and beyond for his customers!! He is very honest and caring about the issues you have with your car and he will do anything he can to get it fixed the same day. I will never take my car anywhere else but here!! Keep up the good work guys!!

The experience with Town and Country Ford was excellent. We went looking at an Explorer and came home with a Flex because that is the vehicle that best fit our needs. Absolutely no pressure! They were truly there to answer any questions we had and to provide information to help us make the best decision for our family. I will buy vehicles from them in the future.
