  Bad Customer Service AGAIN! I've been trying to get fitted for a bra for 3 months now. Every time I go in there, they are either too busy with other customers (I get it) or they are just not willing to help me out. Today was not a busy day (3 other customers in the store) and 3 sales associates talking at the register. I was not acknowledged when I walked in nor was I acknowledged once I got to the bra section about 30 seconds later. I looked at bras, opened the drawers, and looked at the different sizes and I was not asked if I needed assistance. All I kept hearing was about a baby shower that someone was going to or planning. I got angry and just started to walk out of the store, but not before someone asked me if I still needed help. I basically told her that I was never helped in the first place and that I was leaving. One of the ladies at the register told me that "we can help you now". I then told her that they were too busy chitt chatting to help me. I told them that I was going to the Tucson Mall Store to see if they have better service. I will never step foot in that store ever again!

  This place is much smaller than the Tucson Mall Torrid. They also lost my $120 order that was suppose to be ship there or have no idea what happened to it. Then didn't even try to help me figure out how to fix the situation or give me a number I could call. Just basically said, "Sorry we don't have it." Not okay.

  It was an excellent shopping experience! It was my first time ever shopping at this store and I can guarantee I will be back! The staff was amazing and extremely helpful! It was definitely better than 5 stars!!!

  Staff is friendly and attentive, would be 5 start if items weren't so expensive.
