THANK GOD I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT HERE!

I used Tucson Federal Credit Union to deposit a check as a shared branch to my regular credit union and they put an extended hold it! Not 2 days, not 3 days about 5 days if not more. My bank asked me to get a copy from them to release the funds and they wanted to charge me $3 for each copy and so much more per (x) hours to find the image! This happened Friday, today is Monday! When I complained saying its not my fault they put too long of a hold on the check and that they shouldn't have to charge me I asked to speak to a manager. After waiting, they came back and told me the manager would need to call me back 24 hours later! I told them not to bother!!! What a joke.

I love this bank! There's hardly ever a wait when I go there and I'm always seeing the same faces. They're all so friendly and it's just a nice relaxed, happy environment. Definitely my favorite out of all the banks I've used!
