Great fresh items of comfort food classics. I moved down a star because they've shrunken their portions I'm the last couple of years which reduces the value.

Horrible Customer Service
The main thing that I was dissatisfied with is the waitress she was rude. She gave me the bread with no napkin no utensil and brought our drinks 15 min later. Then the food I ordered, they ran out of so another 15 min later I was told they don't have what I ordered to order something else. The problem was not that they ran out of what I ordered which was only a salad they took 15 min to tell me to choose something else. Then she only checked on us once this was our first and last time going here.response / report this review -

Excellent service, great calamari & Clam Chowder. Four meals for four people. All were good, food served hot. My rib eye was good but not great. All other meals good

A Birthday I will never forget! There was maybe 5 other tables and the service was poor. Waited 25 minutes for dinner and then my burger was cold, fries cold. Oh and I don't want to leave out the over priced menu. What happened to Claim Jumper?

Very friendly service and clean, busy restaruant with family atmosphere. I was so comfortable I was able to bring my family and watch the game at the dinning area with sports programing available.

The service is terrible and the food even worse!!!! Ordered the Coconut Shrimp for an appetizer and tri-tip and chicken fried steak for entrees. First of all the restaurant was under staffed. Not enough servers or cooks!!! The server took our order and that was the last time we saw her!!! She never came back to refill our water or ice tea glasses or god forbid ask us how our dinner was! Very rude!!!! The manager brought us our dinner salads after waiting for about 30 minutes then came the entrees which mine was supposed to be medium rare but came medium.. My husband's chicken fried steak was so much breading was hard to find the meat and then they really skimped on the gravy like it was being rationed out. Oh did I forget to mention that our appetizer just arrived after entrees and the shrimp was so over cooked that they were very rubbery (disgusting) Needless to say our meal was a disaster to say the least!!! This is the second time we have had the same thing happen to us at this location!!! WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
We have been going to this restaurant since they opened!!! The service use to be impeccable but has completely gone down hill!!! I blame that on management!!! The food was also very, very good but just like the service now it sucks!!! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!! Go find another steak place in town (there are several) because this one sucks big time!!!!response / report this review -

The first time i went, it was ok. The waitress was nice however it took her like 20 min. just to take our orders for drinks. Then it took another 20 min. for the bread to come. Then, when we're got our food it wasn't that good. I ordered a burger.The burger was as dry as the desert surrounding it. It wasn't that good. We ordered the cake. The cake was fine. No complaints for that. However the 2nd time we went to the restaurant was terrible. We came to order dessert. The waiter was very cold and unfriendly. I kind of felt like we came in too early for him or the rest of the staff to start caring about us or the other customers. I felt unwelcomed. It took forever to get our drinks, we never received bread. We ordered our desserts: the carrot cake, the brownie and the cookie dessert. The cake and the brownie was ok. Not great but ok. THAT COOKIE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. It was like they heated up super old cookies in the microwave and somehow overcooked them. The cookies tasted old, stale and super dry. I was struggling to cut that cookie with my knife. It was hard as brick. The waiter came back only once more..to give us the check. He was so unfriendly. He never interacted with us. He just stared us from behind the counter. He looked like he was thinking to himself why won't they leave. He gave of an attitude like take your cookie and get out . I will never recommend this place to anyone!

A nice restaurant if you're celebrating something special. Great for larger groups. Prices are slightly higher which is why I recommend it for special occasions. Pretty big restaurant with delicious food. Larger servings too. Not impressed with the drinks and dessert selection.
