We love this placeWhat a wonderful experience every time. Great food. Great on tap selection.
We just had lunch here last Saturday and our server was very friendly but the food was horrible. It took over a hour for our pizza and we were told it was because the cook was having trouble with the dough. It appeared that they made the pizza with no dough at all except for on the very ends and it was just layered in cheese very little toppings. The cheese that came with our pretzel appetizer was room temperature. Don't order any boneless wings for you will get soggy, dry microwave heated breading with very little chicken. I was very disappointed in their beer selection as well for they used to have a lot more options. This used to be a great place to eat but it definitely has taken a turn for the worse. After eating there we ended up getting food poisoning to top it off and found out a lot of our friends had the same experience. I would have liked to give a better rating since our server was great but unfortunately cannot just score the server.
It used to be a good restaurant now it's sad. Smaller menu is not as fun lots of family favorites are now missing from the menu. I got some card-board flavored chicken on the side of greasy pesto pasta waitress never came by to ask if it was all good. The kid got a $14 pastrami sandwich it lacked muchness.
Sorry to see TCB fall into decline like the whole rest of the mall. It looks like a bar going out of business. Some other reviewers say that it has a change in ownership.
The only redeeming value is the beer. Sadly, the waitress didn't know much about those either.
A.C. broken. Cheese bowl with chicken has no bread bowl and is more expensive I believe. Atmosphere not as good. Took out tables to put in corn hole and pool tables. Bad idea because I wanted a table but there were none available. Service good. A family came in to sit and hostess didn't get them a high chair. Not impressed and left wanting more from my experience.
I had one of their in-house dark brews with the tostada salad. The waitress was super hot and did a good job. She was tall. The beer was cold. I had to settle for only bringing the salad home.
Awesome service. Olivia was fantastic and on top of her game. She was on point with her beer recommendations. Great happy hour for both drinks and food during the week. Food is tasty enough for me to want to come back and explore the menu.
Next time i want fish & chips like they served us im going to burger king , same fish&chips lot better price.
I've been going here for years and I love the beer and loved the menu. Last time I went the menu was down sized (understandable from a business standpoint) I went with my wife and we ordered items off the lightening lunch menu. I ordered a burger and got charged an extra dollar for a slice of cheese (which was expressed before the order, to be fair). My burger and fries came out and it was literally just that. A chunk of meat on a bun with some melted cheese (for a dollar). Maybe the onion and tomato guy called in sick that day, but I wasn't impressed.
I was in town for work and came in on a Wednesday night last week. The location was a little hard to find since it's in the mall. I tried a sampler of all the beers and every single one of them was delicious. I also had a pizza and it too was good. I would highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for good food and beer.
This is one of my go-to spots in Northwest Tucson. Excellent beer, delicious food which is usually made from scratch, and friendly service. If you sign up for the email list, they will send you discounts from time to time. They usually have around 6-8 of their micro beers on tap, from traditional styles to more experimental ones. This place is casual and does not have the super hipster vibe that many breweries and coffee shops have these days, so it makes it easy to relax. Highly recommended!
Came here for happy hour (4-7pm weekdays) on a Friday. Pretty busy but was able to get a table immediately. Half-off appetizers and $1 off beer specials so I tried the full-pound of boneless wings and their "Deep Canyon Amber Ale". My friends tried the "Orange U Glad" and their "Dark Lightening Milk Stout". All beers were pretty good and the wings were tasty but they didn't come tossed in the sauce, they just brought the sauce as a dip. I prefer it tossed in the sauce but that's a personal preference. Good service, beers, and pub food.
