Bought a used jeep with 3 yr extended warranty and in less than two weeks the check engine light came on twice. Called to make an appointment at the service shop and was told someone would call me back to make an appointment. It's been 2 weeks and still haven't heard from them. I ended up taking the car somewhere else to find out what's wrong with it. I feel like I've wasted my $ messing with this dealer. Not to mention the car was half assed detailed when I purchased it. #never again
Friendly, helpful sales staff. Went on long test drive. Good selection of cars we were interested in. They weren't willing to negotiate on the price of the car we selected, although the posted price was very competitive.
I just purchased a 2014 ford mustang for here and I just want to say after having a month of hell dealing with Carmax for a car I wanted no part of purchasing a car from anyone. But I explained my concerns to Jeannine and she told me to talk to Todd ( manager) when I got there he introduced himself and turned me over to Pandora and it turned out to be the BEST experience of my life. I would give them 15 stars if I could. Everyone from the internet people to the financial. People. Thank you so much.
I never expected the car buying experience to be this great! From the moment we walked in the door until we drove off in our new vehicle, our salesperson Maura L. did everything she could to make sure we were satisfied customers. I highly recommend Tom Masano Ford and Maura to everyone and anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
This company is horrible and I will be calling Better Business Bureau on then. I bought my car from them a year ago. The sales person was awesome he got me the car I wanted and he was very patient and persistent on finding me the car I was looking for. Long story short I’ve had issues regarding my car needing to be fix they had my car for 5 weeks. I’m not kidding 5 weeks straight. When I finally picked up my car nothing was fixed on my car. I complained to the owner and he was defending his employees as if they are innocent and that they haven’t done anything wrong. He also insinuated that I was the only person that had something bad to say about them. The owner finally took a test drive in my car to listen to how it sounded and that’s when he believed in what I was telling him about my car not being fixed. As a young woman I feel as if I was being taking advantage of. I feel as if the owner is letting his employees bring his business down and he is not taking ownership for all his wrong doings. They have fixed my car on 3 separate ocassions and I am constantly pushing out money to pay them to fix my car due to my warranty agreement about having to pay a deductible each time. They have poor customer service and they are not professional nor a man of their word. I am so sick of this place I just cannot wait until my warranty is up with them. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them. They act as if they’re your best friends when you’re ready to buy a car but when it come to it being fix they are complete assholes!!!!!!
I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle in which they "cleared" the check engine light to sell a vehicle. BUYER BEWARE !!!
I recently bought a car from Tom Masano Ford and I gotta say, the sales person Jeremy was absolutely awesome. He worked with me, got my payments as low as possible and I was off. However, it was not detailed at all. Stains in the seats, crud on the console, there were finger prints and smudges all over the panels and touchscreen. The car wasn't even washed or vacuumed. I was very disappointed and was actually pretty pissed. A week later the car had a misfire and service had it in and out very quickly and was absolutely awesome to talk to. No hassles or anything. Detail was supposed to clean it when it was in for service but they kept making excuses so I gave up and wrote this review. The reason I'm giving this dealership 1 star is because detail was supposed to detail my car 3 times and NEVER cleaned it. If you're dealing with their service department or sales department you won't be disappointed. If you're dealing with their recon department, forget it. You'll be pulling your hair out by the end of the day. If I could give each department a rating, sales and service would get 5/5 stars and detail would get 0/5 if I could give them that.
I've been a previous Masano Ford customer and was very happy with the entire transaction from start to finish. Recently I visited to see if Masano would be interested in sponsoring the organization I am involved with. Nathan Schmids took time to understand the groups needs and pass along to the appropriate people. A lot of companies talk about supporting their community but have little action behind it. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit and ask for Nathan he will no doubt work hard to find the right car for you.
Bought my car from this place. Good staff. Reasonable prices. They will work with you. Reminds me of a family based dealership.
Thanks for my new Subaru Masano, I love it .My family has been buying cars there for years. In September of 2016 I was looking to trade in my 2010 Fusion on a new Escape. I was wandering around the new Escapes for over an hour.no salesman even approached me, but there were plenty of them in the smoking area. Do you pay them by the hour? By the way, I don't miss waiting 2 hrs for your oil changes. I would still be in a Ford today, thankfully I'm not.
I own two Masano Fords, a 2013 Escape Titanium and a C - Max Se and have been happy with both my salesman Curtis Sites, and the service department team.
I would like to write about my positive experience at Tom Masano Ford. The dealership worked as a great team to help me get the car I wanted, and address any issues before, and even AFTER the sale. That is unique in the car business and I have bought over 50 cars. From the very beginning, Andrea Miller was a great sales person. We exchanged over 80 emails and she was willing to provide all the info and help I needed in a very timely manner. Andrea even got back to me on her days off. She went out of her way to help me get the car, and deal I wanted. Her manager Phil Franco was also great. He even approved some brake work after the sale because my brakes were making noise. I really appreciate that. Thank you again Phil. In addition, I had a great experience with the service department. Terry Shenk is a great mechanic. I highly recommend him. He is a great guy! Steve Karr, the service manager, made sure my car was taken care of ASAP. He is a super nice guy as well. Even Rodney, the service advisor is such a pleasure to deal with. So yes, It was a great experience and they have a nice team over at Masano Ford. Very good people. I will be a returning customer for certain!
Even though I was dealing with a novice sales agent, he was nevertheless quite knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me into the car I needed. They have an excellent web site, and I was able to narrow down my selection before I went, but once I indicated the vehicle for which I was looking the process went very smoothly from test-drive through trade-in and financing. Very satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend.
