I received excellent service when I took my car to Coggin DeLand Hyundai. Karim the service manager was both courteous and professional. Took the time to listen to my concerns and got me in for an appointment that same day. They did a full inspection of my vehicle and addressed my concerns. I wasn't charged for the inspection and the things that needed fixing were minor. I will definitely be going back for any major repairs. I highly recommend this dealership for all Hyundai owners.

I just purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, my experience was absolutely phenomenal!! I did a deal with a gentleman named Kyle Rudd, and they went over the top on everything for me. Kyle brought over his managers Nick and Peter that cut me the biggest discount I've ever gotten in any vehicle. No hassle at all, I couldn't believe it. Kyle was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and answered everything accordingly. I would recommend everyone to make there way down there, definitely a family experience!

GREAT GREAT GREAT SERVICE! Went in on a weekend and was in awe at how fast I was greeted by one of the sales associates. I informed him of what I was interested in and was met with quite a few vehicles to choose from. During this time one of the managers came to greet me and my wife while the salesman was away grabbing the keys to our new Hyundai Sonata Sport. The sales manager Nick was polite and extremely helpful with our buying experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Hyundai!!!

When i arrived there i was attended quickly by Jesse Stanley and he was willing to help me right away and was a very polite man. With his help i got to find the car that i wanted and i thanked him for it. Then he proceeded to introduce me to Juan Martinez he was also attentive and made sure that I got a good deal on the car that i wanted. I was very satisfied and must say i feel like i got the best car in the world right now. Thank you both for your help i really enjoyed my visit, and i am really enjoying my ride!

Upfront pricing, willingness to negotiate and great customer service. I had a very pleasant experience and walked away with a great deal. I had the pleasure of working with Jesse, one of the salesman there. Great guy to work with who worked hard in getting us a great price and made sure we had a good time while doing it. Kyle and Hector were awesome. They treated us like people and gave us a great deal on a vehicle we wanted. I had gone to another dealership before Coggin and they treated us very poorly. Even though we had Allstate Truecar paperwork, the other dealership would not honor it. Coggin met and beat the Allstate Truecar price. I would definitely go back to them.

Very dissppointed in your dealership. What I thought would have been a great experience turned out to be awful. The salesman told me 3 different lies. And the finance person backed him up. I am paying way too much for the car that I have bought and the things that are wrong with it. I can tell the car has been sitting for a very long time since 1. Where you put the gas in it is dirty and full of mold. 2. The tint on the back passenger window is bubbled. 3. And the most important thing is when you step on the gas it goes to the floor. Hesitates big Time. And I took a day off of work to bring my car to get it checked out and the guy never even bothered to check it out. Said it was suppose to do that. I picked your dealership over the two others . What a shame. My payment is over the roof thanks to all the lies that I was fed. And I was told to fill the survey out or the guy would get fired. I would like a number I could call and report your dealership.

Assisted by Jesse and the finance department. They were able to give me extremely good deals and every possible discounts! I had specific wants, and they managed to find it. They worked extra hard to work with me. Extraordinary patience and excellent customer service! I traded in my 2015 Sonata Turbo for the 2017 Sonata Tucson Turbo! Please come visit them, you will be well taken care of. I won't purchase anywhere else other than here. Been with Hyundai since 2012 and never had any issues with the vehicles. Excellent experience!

Very disappointed today. We went there thinking that we would be able to get a vehicle. The salesman and the finance manager knew our situation. The first car they brought out for us to test drive I said no from first sight. The second car was amazing, we actually test drove that one. We went back inside to get told we couldn't finance that car. Then the 3rd car literally felt like it was going to fall apart. The steering was absolutely horrible. I'm sorry but that car wasn't worth the money they said it was worth. There was way too much play in the steering wheel. It felt like it was going to fall off. The finance manager told us point blank that they WOULD NOT show us a vehicle out of our price range and that is EXACTLY what they did. We will NEVER go back to your dealership nor will we recommend anyone to go there. It took 3hrs to show us 3 cars. One of which we said absolutely no to. Very shady.

I arrived at Deland Hyundai just to look at vehicles. I decided to go there after having an unpleasant experience at a different dealership. Upon arriving Laura greeted my family and I at the door. She was welcoming and family friendly. Laura addressed all my needs and concerns. She made the car buyer experience enjoyable rather than pressuring. That was the reason I ended up buying a car that day instead of just looking at my options. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

The facility was nice with a professional type atmosphere. Wayne Wittman listened to what I was looking for and introduced me to the product that matched.. Wayne was knowledgeable about the Hyundai Tucson. After the sale, he made sure I was aware of all its features and went through the programming of the vehicle extras. Wayne was thorough and did not leave until my tag and items were transferred from the trade and departing from the facility. I recommend Coggin Deland Hyundai.

This place is amazing. Especially Laura and Alfredo they have gone above and beyond to help me every way possible to make a dream of mine come true. They made me feel like family and treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. I seriously have made new friends. I love it there and recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Very friendly courteous personnel who did everything possible to make sure I had a good experience and was satisfied with the work done. I was introduced to Muhammad Karim, a sales consultant, who went out of his way to produce the SUV that fit my every requirement and then some. This is my third Hyundai SUV and it is a great vehicle at a fair price. After a month Karim is still in touch with me to find out if I have any questions or concerns. 5 stars all the way!
