I recently moved to the area and was nervous about trying a new dealership. My old chevy place was really so outstanding at customer service and remembering me that I wasn't sure I'd find the same. Sadly in the past I've been to some chevy dealerships that had a tendency to be quite patronizing. So I really wasn't sure what I'd find. I'm happy to say the gentleman that took care of me was friendly and professional as were all the other associates I came in contact with. Everyone seemed welcoming and helpful. It was only the first visit, but I'll be coming back definitely. Thanks so much !!

Mr. Billy.Beydoun was by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with in all my years of car buying he was very professional, and knowledgeable about his product he was very professional I thought maybe he was a manager he never once gave me the impression of a salesman or trying to pressure me he gave me all the information I needed to shop him and his confidence of all the information he gave me led me to believe he was giving me a great deal he built so much value in him self in the dealership and the the equinox I purchased I really only intended in test driving the vehicle and next thing I know I agreed to buy the vehicle I felt very comfortable with him and will only purchase vehicles from him and Tom Gibbs Chevy in the future!!

We were vacationing in Fla from NC when our fuel pump went out the day before Thanksgiving. We planned on driving back to NC Saturday morning. We had it towed to Tom Gibbs Chev. They were finished with it Saturday at 10am! Very professional, swift and courteous! Thank you!

Amazing experience! I have never been treated so well by any other dealership in my life. They seemed to genuinely care about me and my situation and were able to get me in a vehicle that I love! As long as I live in the area, this will be the only dealership I ever buy from. Ask for Robert Kaufman!

Got my first brand new car 2 weeks ago. I told John Dressel what I was looking for because I drive 700+ miles a week and he got me into a perfect vehicle. 2017 Chevy Cruze, on average 42mpg and comfortable as I could ever hope for.

My husband and I went into Tom Gibbs Chevrolet and met with Bill. He was wonderful! He took great care in finding out who we were, what we were looking for and how he could best help us! I have never had an experience like that before and was so blessed by his kindness and help! I give them 5 stars for Customer Service, Financing and best of all - treating us like we were important!

In my lifetime, I've gone to many automobile dealerships (I'm a female senior citizen); but once I went to Tom Gibbs, I would never go to any other dealer except Tom Gibbs. Their sales staff of Jack Haas and Koffee have offered me deals that I didn't receive anywhere else. I get a good price and a fair trade-in allowance for my auto. Always an exceptional deal for me. Mike in the Service Depart is very knowledgeable and knows how to fix a problem should one occur. Thanks for an entire GREAT group of employees!!! Jeni Elkin - Plantation Bay

I am 58 years old. I have purchased many new cars in my life. I can truly say this was the fastest most professional experience i have had. It was great seeing the owners on the floor helping customer's.

I've only gotten my tires aligned and an oil change from Tom Gibb's dealership. The service was completed in a timely manner and they even let me use the automated car wash! All the staff was super friendly too. Great dealership.

My Service appointment was for 2 p.m., my vehicle was taken promptly. My service was completed and I was on my way home in an hour. As usual, all employees were polite, attentive and courteous.

Bought a used Nissan Altima for my son for his birthday and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I just bought a truck a year ago from Dodge and the experience wasn't even close. Even my husband enjoyed dealing with these guys and he hates everything about dealing with car salesman and realtors. LOL! Nelson Hall is a wonderful salesman! Knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He went out of his way to help us and wasn't your typical pushy salesman. Nelson actually wants to help you get what you want. He handled everything for me and when we came in to do the financing, Mike was just as great. We were in and out in no time, once we decided to buy the car. I have even received text messages and a brief call to follow up on how my son liked his car and to wish him a Happy Birthday. I can't recommend these guys enough. I will absolutely go here first, the next time I need a car or truck and hopefully be able to buy from Nelson, again. Thanks guys!!!

I recently purchased an awesome car from Palm Coast Import Auto. The experience far exceeded my expectations. I got exactly what I wanted in a very short period of time. We were nearing the end of our current lease. While investigating local inventory, we were directed by the website to not only Tom Gibbs but other local Chevrolet dealers. Since moving to the area two years ago, we elected to use Gibbs as our dealer of choice for service for our current lease as well as our other GM vehicle. Experiences for the regular maintenance of these vehicles was positive. We were contacted by Gibbs regarding the lease end with what current deals/offers were in place for returning lease holders up to and including paying off our current lease. The latest offer was the most attractive and we decided to go to the dealer to hear about in full details. We had previously checked their inventory and noted they had several that would fit our needs. We met with Billy Beydoun who had been checking in with us regularly. Billy was informative and courteous, presented what we accepted as a fair deal and we left that day with a new leased vehicle.

I was Division Customer Service Manager for -hp- (Hewlett Packard) for 13 years, so I am aware of the fine line between friendliness and professionalism. TJ and the rest of the staff showed me that they understand how to walk that line and deliver first-rate customer service. I will be buying another car in a year or two and you may be assured that I will go to Tom Gibbs first!
