Kevin and Mathew were great in helping us get our repairs completed in a timely fashion. We had a long list of things that needed work. At the end of the first day all but 2 were completed. We needed to wait for parts, but as soon as they were arrived they got us in and finished everything.

This is a followup review. I bought my used RV here in Nov 2016. After the sale I found some issues to be repaired. The whole process was made painless, and efficient by coordinating everything through Kevin, and the service Dept. He kept me informed on the status every step of the way. The mechanics patiently explaned issues. They even helped with a non covered item "cheerfully ". Just returned from a three month trip. Had one small issue that was immediately addressed. I can't say enough good things about this whole team from sales, financial, service, and folks like Eric, Kevin, and Wendy always there with a smile offering any help they can to give you a good experience. We live in Key West so service can be difficult at times. Trying to get our "Warranty For Life" inspection done has proven extremely difficult in the Keys.
Well, I gave Matthew in service call kinda last minute because we were scrambling to get our WFL inspection done in the required time. He said he was able to squeeze us in during our trip. We arrived at 9:00 am and Matt got our unit straight in! We were pressed for time as the campground we were going to that day had a 6 pm cut off for checking in and it was still 4 hours away in Savannah. We made Matt aware of this.
Long story short Matt and the team of techs got us out and back on the road in plenty go time to make our next destination!
Fast and courteous!! Everyone we came across in the dealership was extremely courteous and welcoming!response / report this review -

Knowledgeable, no high pressure. We worked with Joe and he knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable of his stock. Want to look at one more place, but will probably end up purchasing from them. I'll check back in after the purchase.

Our Maiden voyage was a success in the "Shaggin Wagon!" I will say she is back at Giant Recreation World for some repairs. This company has been fantastic to us and her. They helped by walking us through some problems while camping and greeted us yesterday with sincere apologies that we're of no fault of the their's. I HIGHLY recommend Giant Recreation World and will tell everyone to use them and their service department.

Words cannot express the appreciation that I have for Tim and all the other outstanding Indivduals that assisted my Patriot Service dog Freedom and I.I had what I thought was a qualified mobile repair person work on my camper which was one of the biggest mistakes of my life not only did he take me for a lot of money he damaged my new camper .I went to Giant Recreational world and was in tears.These indivduals are angels on earth to me as not only did they fix my camper , they took care of my issues when I returned .They were beyond kind to Freedom and I and they helped me believe in people again as I was truly devastated .As a 100% Disabled veteran and fire medic with a new camper and little experience camping or owning a camper they fixed my camper and made sure it was safe ..I would highly recommend them as I did not purchase my camper from them and they did not have to help me as they are beyond busy but they treated us with kindness /respect and truly cared and it means everything to us!!!!!!!Thank you from the bottom of my heart and Freedom sends thank you kisses!!!

This is a great company, I work with an RV dealership in Colorado, we had to use them for a Priority Network for a customer and had a few issues that needed fix. The customer I sent said the place was very understanding and helpful. He was in and out within an hour. I just want to thank Kevin and Mattew for being so helpful and all the service techs and whoever helped make this be such a great trip for our customer! Thank you

We suddenly experienced electrical issues with our 5th wheel Cedar Creekawning & slides quit working. Trailer is still under warranty but didn't want to hook up for a 2 hr ride back to store unless it was a major issue.
Talked to Ken in service department who instructed me on what items to start checking and where they are located. It took a couple of hours and back & forth phone calls but we got all the issues resolved. Ken was a great help and demonstrated great patience while walking me thru the checkpoints.could've just said bring it in.
