I was greatly impressed with Mastro Subaru. The staff was top notch! My sales rep, Kendra Haley was very responsive with her price and efficient with her follow up. She was the most informative of any of the other 10+ reps/dealerships I had contacted. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and accommodating.
The General Manager, Joe was professional and the Finance Manager, Ray was ahead of the game every step of the way. I had a budget and they did everything possible to keep me within it. In the end, they were the most knowledgeable, responsive and had the best price.
All exceptional people with your best interest in mind.

Mastro is the best! The service department is always available to help with any issuewhether it was nail in my tire, my radio, regular maintenance, or specialty items to dress up my car. Nothing is too big or too small. Great customer service. The staff is friendly and thorough. I’ve made appointments and am always taken right back on time. Thanks Mastro for always ensuring a wonderful service experience.

This Was the best car buying experience ever! From our salesman, Chris, to the financing with Carlos it was a seamless process. The other staff members were all very welcoming and a big thank you to Francis for really making us feel special! This is an awesome team and we are so proud to now be a part of the Subaru family!

I just purchased a 2015 Subaru Outback from Mastro and I am thrilled. A big shout out to my salesman Bob Green, who did a fantastic job. He was easy to talk too, personable and knowledgeable. He answered all our many questions, with a great attitude and a smile. He really went the extra mile helping me get the best deal possible, and to make sure I was a satisfied. The manager, Kevin, was super too. The financing was explained thoroughly and the process was quick and painless. The lifetime Oil Changes is a great added bonus! The dealership was very accommodating and an overall pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend.

Just purchased a pre-owned Camry and it was the most painless experience at a car dealership I have ever had. The salesman, Alberto, was super knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The finance manager explained everything thoroughly and was so personable. I also am excited about the oil changes for life !! We checked out the service area and met the service manager, Jason. He was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be taking my car here for all repairs as needed. Not only was everyone here awesome, my beautiful new car is perfect.

Awesome place to buy a Subaru. Very easy people to work with and no pressure sales people. Alberto was my sales person and did a great job.
Financing process was a breeze with optional products offered with no pressure. They really take care of their customers here. I would surely buy another car here without any hesitation. Actually I am thinking of replacing my CRV with a Forester and if I do decide to do it, Mastro Subaru at Sanford will get my business for sure.response / report this review -

Sales experience was easy with no high pressure. Salesman was very knowledgeable of all vehicle features. The customer loyalty program is a very nice benefit of buying here. They went the extra mile to ensure you know about the vehicles features before and after the purchase.

I just purchased my first Subaru which is also my very first brand new car and had a wonderful experience buying from Mastro Subaru. My salesman Francis put my nerves at ease and made buying a car enjoyable and stress free. I also worked with the sales manager Kevin and the finance manager Carlos and they gave me an incredible deal! Lastly, I was greeted by Mr. Pete Mastro himself and he personally thanked me for coming to buy from them. If you want a great experience, GO TO MASTRO SUBARU!

Great experience at Mastro, highly recommend. I visited many Subaru dealerships in the area and this is the only one that was up front and honest. They did not pressure me. If you go, ask for Bob Green he was very energetic and worked to help me not just the dealership. Also try to talk with manager St Louis, he again worked with me and showed a couple of great options that I didn't end up going with. Overall 5 star service!

Both Michael's conducted themself's professionally and followed through with any items that he said he would do. I truly felt as if they were my advocates while going through the car buying experience. Everyone was friendly and family oriented. The fact that they truly look out for military members is a plus also. The only down side that could have made this a five star review is that they do not offer any special deals for Veterans that have served and retired. Thank you Michael Citron and Mike Demerchant for saving grace of that dealership. I mean there were quite a few great people there and at the same note you will always have the ones that won't follow through with getting your spin on the wheel you know who I am talking about. I was told that upon pick up of my vehicle that me and my father would get a spin. What goes around comeback around. God has my back for those that take advantage of his children. Great experience--wish I had bought my previous car(s) here. Every person I've had contact with (especially Kendra, my salesperson--seriously, she genuinely knows her stuff AND is not in any way pushy; a true delight to work with on this transaction) is knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Got a great deal, too, so it was win-win.
The follow-up with Mike was very useful and helpful. I really appreciated the time and patience he took with me, going over all the features of the car. The fact that Mastro even offers the service shows what a class act they are.response / report this review -

I went shopping for a new car on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I closed the sale on a Forester the following Tuesday with Mastro. Francis, my salesman, was a 12 on a scale of 10! Even though I told him I did not plan to buy the day that I did a test drive, he still spent quite a bit of time with me, and insisted that I also test the Outback for comparison. I was undecided about the Eyesight feature because it came with the “All-weather” package, but the ease of using those safety features convinced me. It was a pleasant surprise to find that my insurance premiums were actually lower, even though I purchased additional new car replacement coverage. This is by far the most pleasant new car purchase I’ve made in quite some time. All of the staff, from financing to follow-up were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would certainly recommend Mastro to friends. Ask for Francis.

My purchasing experience was fantastic. Francis was our salesman and we drove to Maestro (not the closest dealership to our house) to work with him. He was highly recommended by a family member and they were absolutely correct! He went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we were looking for and was not pushy at all. Highly recommended Maestro Subaru in general, and Francis specifically.
The follow-up visit that we had today with Mike was amazing. It was part of a new program that Subaru is trying out. Mike went over different technological features of the car and answered every question we had come up with since we purchased about 2 weeks ago. He was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and nice!

My purchase experience happened on March 7, 2017. My wife and I came to Mastro Subaru after being referred to them by a Subaru friend of mine. When we arrived immediately I noticed the Mastro family/sales team were polite and friendly. They made my wife and I feel very welcomed and I felt comfortable being there. They didn't try to push me in anyway that I didn't want to and in the end my wife and I walked out with a new Subaru Forester. The whole atmosphere at Mastro is very pleasant and I actually enjoyed my time there. Travis was the one that handled the sales part and he was more than helpful in every way possible. The person that handled our financial end of the deal at the end was also very pleasant and he helped us get the best interest rate possible. I would definitely recommend this Subaru dealership to all my friends and family. Thanks Mastro!!
