My friend purchase a car there. Nathaniel and Kyle took care of him. Not pushing us to anything. But was definitely there to answer any Questions we had. He drove the car home. Thank you Danny Len Team 💙🌴
If i could give them zero stars i would. I bought a 07 pontiac g6 for 6000 about a year and a half ago and right away i had to replace the tires because they were dry rotted. The battert in the car was 5 years old and the both the struts in the front had to be replaced to even after buying i spent a hefty 4000+ fixing it. Then turns out one of the rims were bent. Then had to buy a new rim but because the rims have a bizzare bolt pattern the rim was 175$. Also the cars ball joint went bad after 7 months on the passnger front side that was 1000+$ job. And the car has turned into a huge pit of dept. Tge car engine blew up a month ago and i am a single mom and ive been with out a car ever since because im still making payments for repairs on the pontiac that they sold me. I truly hope they run out of business.
Very upset with the quality of work that comes out of the paint shop. Body work = "A" Ok. But, paint is less than to be desired. Danny Len had changed out the passenger side door and rear quarter panel due to impact July of 2016. Upon picking up car it was known that the rocker panel didn't match the color of the door or the rest of the car. I took the car back and was told originally by shop manager that "the way the light hits it makes it look different". Unfortunately, this was not the case. In a very pissed off mood the service manager said bring it back and we'll take care of it. Well, I was going to let it go as I knew that the car had already lost value and would show up on CarFax when being sold. Well the time to sell neared at the end of this past summer. I went to have it cleaned up and had a coat of wax put on it and found on the top of the rear quarter panel next to the window appeared to be sand or air bubbles in the paint. When I have seen this in the past on cars it spreads out quickly and will ruin the paint job. I knew that I needed it addressed. So, I went back to Danny Len to drop car off to have both the rocker panel and quarter panel addressed. I also pointed out two areas on the quarter panel where someone had opened there door (unrelated to danny len) that I wanted fixedand that I would pay for. I dropped the car off and rented a car for a week. Roughly a week later I was told the car was ready for pickup. I returned the rent a car and went to pick up. I went right to the car and looked at the spots and rocker and seemed content with what I saw. I went inside and offered to pay for the work I stated I would, and was told don't worry about it. On my way out of the office the paint/body manager stated "by the way that wasn't sand, it was air bubblesbut, its taken care of". So, I thanked him and stated I would offer a good review online. Well, unfortunately I cannot. I had the car washed and waxed to list for sell. Guess what? The area that was claimed to be "air bubbles" appeared back uplooks like they wet sanded it and figured that would suffice. I then found on the rear quarter panel paint running about an 1"-1 1/2" long on one of the factory bends on the quarter panel that you would have to be blind to not see. The rocker panel looks better and is considered acceptable even though the gap between between the door and panel is wider than the drivers side. I also see that the two spots I wanted to pay to have fixed showed back up..not to the extent it was when taking it there the 2nd time. But, definitely you can see where it wasn't professionally addressed. Not happy with the paint work coming from this dealership. I thought about taking it back for them to fixbut, I simply don't trust them when it comes to paint. I wish I could not leave a "Star" for Paint work to post this review. I would leave 5 Stars for Body Work if it were allowed.
Nice people. No pressure.
i hoped for excellent service after reading these reviews. Yet everything I got was true as the crumby reviews say. Horrible customer service, over priced repairs, and oh my favorite part was when I picked my vehicle up they didn't ask for my Id or anything. They also didn't give me ANY paper work about my damages. So I took it else where to be PROPERLY repaired. Don't go here please. 10/19/2017.
The service department is shocking. I have had my daughter's care serviced several times and apart from the young women working there, the staff are rude and unhelpful. I have recently bought a GMC and went to book in for service and the reception was just the same. Made to feel inconvenient, no eye contact and nothing with courtesy and a smile. In contract I visited GMC on OBT in Orlando. The customer service was outstanding and I am therefore now travelling out of my way to get both my Yuken and Encore serviced. They need to vastly improve their customer service skills.
Hometown dealership. Personal service. Nigel Diggins was our salesman. Not pushy. Just straightforward. Bought a used car there.
Did not feel pressured to buy. Willing to make the purchase work for our needs.
Always receive good service and no pressure sales
So i didnt get approved for a used car. But they would have approved me for new car. One star only because they never tried to even call us back with another vehicle.
A Little over a year ago I purchased a new GMC Dinali diesel. I was told at the time it came with two-year 24,000 mile free oil changes. I was not told that was two years 24,000 miles or two oil changes. Maybe the sales person just forgot in the excitement of the sale. I was told maybe I forgot because it was so long ago. My wife and I were both sitting there and neither one of us remember that part of the conversation. So on my third oil change I am informed oh sorry you're gonna have to pay for this one. I don't know how you feel but when I buy almost $70,000 worth of vehicle I don't expect the dealer to get funny over $100 oil change. Not only have they lost me as a customer , But they lost the free advertising on the back end of my truck for the last year and a half. Not the customer service I was expecting!! When I spoke to the owners son he informed me he did not know what the warranty was on the truck.really??? All I'm saying is this, make sure you get everything in writing. What does that oil change cost the dealer and how much is that free advertising I gave them worth??
Do excellent reparies on your vehicle.
