They really have very rude staff across the board. Please go to pasco hernando state college. They know how to treat customers.

I went to the Plant City and Brandon HCC campus 2009-10. Its a mediocre community college. Not many resources. Getting a decent professor is hit or miss. I dont remember them having a cafeteria but i could be wrong. Tuition is inexpensive. When i was there it costed $87 per credit. Small class sizes. Quiet campus. Just a basic community college. Realize that community colleges are towards the bottom of the list when it comes to public funds. Try to get into a 4 year college if you can, if not then there is no shame in starting at a community college like HCC. Don't slack off just because its a community college. 8 years later i am attending college again and my crappy grades at HCC have followed me.

Horrible school for international students. They "send" refund money to wrong address and giving the run around for 2 months from department to department. Very unprofessional administrative team. None of the departments (except one) seemed to want to help, or even know how to help.

Terrible ! I am taking summer classes here and I take online classes the professors and classes are great it's the admin and financial aid that are terrible! Went to see financial aid and the lady in charge had a complete attitude when approached. Financial aid doesn't be even deserve a star! Terrible school!

    # TRAIN WRECK!!!!!!!!This place is a joke. The Administrative staff is horrible. They are rude, condescending, and mentally lazy. They absolutely will not help you with problems in fact they will make it worse. My GI bill stipend was delayed for over a month at the beginning of both semesters. Both times I registered early. The last time this happened the answer I got was "oh she didn't do it" meaning my documents sat in her office for a month and a half and she did nothing. Her supervisor Jennifer Youngs didn't answer her phone or email when I contacted her several times. The "Dean" I wound up speaking to did everything she could to cover the school's ass and insult me. Yes folks, listen to the other reviews and find a different school. I also love hearing "you should know this already" when the course is halfway in progress. I can understand that statement in the first week but not halfway through it. To sum this institution up in one word, TRAIN WRECK!!!!!!!!!!!!

    SOUPSANDWICH!!!!!!!!!!!

I got placed on academic suspension with proof of a medical excuse. But it didn't keep them for keeping my financial aide money though. And now they say I owe them. Really I don't think so

I have attended this college for a year in good standing. Four days before registration they placed a restriction on my account for a mystery charge. I went to financial aide office, administration, and cashier office, NO ONE could tell me anything? Terrible school!! I will be transferring back to St. Petersburg College. It is also suspicious to me that I recieve over $1000 less in financial aide than I received at St. Petersburg College.

No one is accountable for anything that the college does. There is no way to contact a specific person or department head that will take unaccountably for errors or misrepresentation on behalf of the college. Each person has a different answer for everything and no one can solve it. AWFUL if you are a long distant student or don't have 5 hours to wait on campus for answers or solutions. Everything requires paperwork and take up to a month to be resolved. Poor communication is guaranteed. Tech support is outsourced and they do not have an understanding of the software process or how to update it teachers use old material and don't bother changing the dates on the syllabus, it's embarrassing.

It's better to transfer out regardless of the appeals process (which they require you to do even if it's the colleges fault---like them accidentally over charging you $1500.00 or enrolling you in a class without your knowledge) .

They might get back to my review or emails within 5-25 business days. PLEASE APPLY TO ANY COLLEGE BESIDES THIS ONE. ANY SCHOOL THAT CAN NOT FUNCTION ON AN ADULT REAL WORK LEVEL IS NOT WORTH ATTENDING.
