Dealership had exactly the truck I was looking for, my salesman was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all my questions. The whole experience was very pleasant and it was clear that my Tank was on my side to make sure I received the best deal possible. That point alone is very important to me personally and was much appreciated. I highly recommend Gator Ford.

Great experience buying a pre-owned ford truck. Danny in sales got me a good deal. They price matched a similar truck that I had found at a another dealer. Overall, gator ford has always done right by me.

Gator Ford is always there for me when i need them, especially their parts department. Mike Rusch is extremely knowledgeable and always goes "above and beyond" to make sure you are taken care of. They make you feel like your always their priority. I can't thank him and Gator enough. Truly a 5 star dealer!

I was lucky to get met at the door by Tank and my perception of dealing with car dealers was changed. He knew what his products could do, where to find them, and handled the whole transaction without pain or games. He watched over the whole process and made sure that it all went smoothly. I highly recommend him.

One of two Ford dealers that have a food bar where you can have a hot meal while waiting for the great technicians to work on your car. Love the sales people great service department. Have bought a lot of Ford's from a lot of different dealers will never deal with any other dealer but Gator Ford from now on .

I am very disappointed with what happened at Gator Ford last week and I won't be returning or ever purchasing a Ford in the future. I thought that this dealership would be trustworthy, we had work done in the past here and they fixed a recall issue. I came in last week to have my vehicle diagnosed as it had been running very loudly. I had an appointment, came in to the dealership with three kids in tow, as no school due to the hurricanes. I guess they assumed this is a frumpy mom that we can get over on.
I was told there was a problem with the water pump and the repair would start out being $2,000 but will increase as my car is a northern car and rusty. As most Americans, we don't have 2,000 sitting around so I told the service representative that we would save the money and come back.
We decided to take it in for a second opinion to a local family owned business. They found no leaks or damage to the water pump and advised that the dealer only tried to scare us with some noises from the timing chain. The problem was 3 bad wheel bearings, control arms, shocks/struts. Gator Ford said that only one wheel bearing was bad but did not tell us about any control arms and the other problems that the local business found.
Guess what We proceeded to get our car repaired and she runs beautifully. This other local business gained a customer for life. To Gator Ford Dueces. Never again. I know they would have stuck us with a 2-3k bill on things that didn't need to get fixed. Don't assume anything about your customers! We may not know everything about cars but we do our research. We won't be back and this is the last Ford we will ever own.response / report this review -

Stopped in to check on new 2018 trucks. Great selection and great team members. The Inventory Mgr is very knowledgeable!! She knows truck loads, tow capacity, and offered best truck to tow toys, trailers, ranch work, or every day use. She knows trucks!!! Truck we want isn't available yet, but we will be back to Gator Ford. definitely.

Pat Cooper and Frankie Morales are 1st class and treat you the same. Thank You to the entire staff of Gator Ford as you are professional and curious and treated me as such. I wouldn't consider doing business at any other Ford Dealership in the area as they are simply customer driven and not ego driven. Thanks again for the seamless transaction.

Gator Ford is the best Ford dealership in the area. They fixed my car when other dealerships could not figure out what was wrong with my car. I highly trust them and now go to them for all my automotive car repairs and maintenance. They are also very honest and have great prices for their services.

Hank Allen is the Best. I work out of town a lot. I had a few days off and was looking at a few trucks and found one I really liked. I didn't have time to seal the deal and would be gone again for a few weeks. Hank stayed in contact with me while I was away and I decided I wanted the truck. He asked if I could put a deposit down to hold it and I wanted to really check it out again before a I buy and I told him I hope it's still there. He already locked it down, he knew I wanted it and when I showed back up, it was awesome to see a sold sign with my name on it on the windshield, Hank made me feel like a king that day. Every one there was very polite. When I need to replace the wife's vehicle, I will back to see Hank. I went to other Ford dealers, by far, this was the BEST sales team. No pressure. The other places had contracts already before I got back from test drive. Not here at Gator Ford. Thank you Hank. Dean Hiles

I've only been to the service department which is friendly, on time and clean. It feels like a family owned and run establishment. Nice waiting room and you can even get breakfast cooked for you in the morning.

Ray Owens took good care of us. Bought a new F-250 and love it. The process was a bit drawn out as it was an all day thing. I would have liked to not spent all day there, but I don't buy a new truck everyday so I'll survive.
