Really nice hotel with great service. We really enjoyed our stay when we were on our honeymoon. Our flight was early morning and we were worried that where would we stay because every hotel charge for early check in but when we got there, they were really nice about it and gave us the room in minutes 💕 would love to go over there again when we visit LA.
Nice spacious rooms. Lose 1 star because of the spotty wifi. Room service was extremely quick and very good. Would definitely recommend for overnight stay before a flight. Ask for parking package, you can get a good deal on parking and there's a free shuttle to the airport that runs every 20 minutes.

Nice hotel and very clean. Everyone is nice but the staff at the check in desk could be a bit more helpful. I had lost my phone and went to ask if anyone had turned it in. They said no one turned it in. So, I asked the gentleman at the concierge desk and he called security to check lost and found. Security checked and someone had indeed turned it in. The concierge and security were very helpful. The check in staff should have checked with security. However, it's still a nice hotel.

The Good: Bed was super comfy. Fell asleep immediately. Room service was super fast, the guy that delivered it was friendly, and the food was fresh and presented nicely. They even gave me a glass of ice water which was very thoughtful of them given it was a hot day. The AM front desk staff and valet were very nice. The restaurant looks good just didn't have time to stop there. There's a little gift shop which has some essentials if you forget something - but it's expensive. The place is clean, the lobby is huge, they have a pretty fountain outside the front door that makes it feel upscale. It's relatively easy to find and not hard to get in and out of. It feels spacious inside and out - with the exception of the pool - which is teeny-tiny.
The bad: Be prepared for a lot of extra fees. Room taxes are high, parking and food here is expensive. If you valet, be prepared to tip. Parking is a flat rate of $42 for valet or $35 for self-parking. That flat rate is for your entire stay - which is a good deal if you're staying several nights, but a big rip off if you're only there one night. This is an older hotel. It's got that older-building smell. Bring some perfume or something - it will be a big difference! My room was quite clean, but some fixtures needed replacing. The light switches on two of the lamps were broken and the toilet made an annoying sound for a solid 10 minutes after each flush - I ended up closing the bathroom door to drown out the noise. My room faced the pool and the laughing/screaming/yelling of swimmers was annoying but that's what you get with a room near the pool. The pool is not what I would consider 4 star luxury - it's quite small and the surrounding area lacks opulence. Some updated seating and a few interesting features like fire pits or something would be nice. I've seen nicer pools at 2 star hotels. Additionally, the hotel lacks proper sound-proofing - probably one of the biggest indicators of its age (besides the smell) I heard the entire conversation of the couple next door and the pool noise certainly could be better muffled. The afternoon front desk staff had major attitude. (AM staff was much better) The evening valet was exceptionally slow - I stood outside for over ten minutes waiting for my car. The following morning, I waited about 30 seconds - that guy was super fast!
I never do reviews but I am with this hotel. I was on LA because my mom was on life support and I needed to be with her while she passed away. The stay was pleasant it was the after part is why I'm writing this. I paid for my room through. Hotel booking site when I got to the hotel i had to put down a $50 deposit which I was promised back the next day after a day or 2 passed I saw over$100 in charges on my bank account that the hotel over charged me on for parking and food. I was told it would take a week to see any of my money including the deposit I took it to corporate and they brushed it off saying the same thing. In now waiting on my own money that should have never been taken to begin with I'm disgusted with this place and will never return
Very nice hotel. Large clean comfortable rooms. Towels and robes were very plush. Friendly staff. Good food options. Parking was quite expensive though, due to it being near the airport.
Location was pretty good, rooms were clean. Beds linens seemed clean and pressed, bed itself was comfy. The shower had a very new look, loved the showerhead. Parking inside was convenient at $35 a night, but that price is incredibly expensive. The parking elevators were very dated, it did not match the decor of the modern Hilton. Pool could have been bigger and nicer.

Staff has been really friendly and helpful. Room is very nice and big. View is good too. If your into watching airplanes, most of the rooms seem to have a good view of the planes on approach to lax. Very nice stay!
Great hotel for sure.
The staff is very polite and they take the time to make sure all is to tour satisfaction.
There are two bars which gives you more options to where you would like to have a drink and relax.
The gym is great too. But if your idea is being in the gym is to lift weights you will be disappointed as it does not have a good selection of machines or weights.
For me it is great as I mostly do cardio which has a quite a few treadmills and elliptical machines.
Overall a great place to stay.
Friendly staff accommodated our late night arrival with a smile and some extra help. Room was clean. No noise. Two good bars (one casual, the other higher-end) and the restaurant was quite good. Nice place!
I only visited the Westin to park my car before embarking on an international vacation. They offer prepaid long or short term airport parking that is MUCH cheaper than other airport parking locations. Also, at the Westin, you're parking in a covered garage amongst the hotel guests. They offer an airport shuttle that runs regularly and I've never had any issues. I've parked here before and have had great experiences every time.
I visited the Westin for a professional event. The hotel was easy to access. Parking was a breeze. I only interacted with one employee behind the counter. He was helpful. This was the first time I had been at the Westin but I really didn't get a look at the rooms or any other services. I was there for 5 hours and parking was $38.50 which I felt was outrageous. Other than that, the hotel was clean and quiet and restrooms were also clean.
This Westin meets and exceeds the standards of other Westin hotels I've visited. From the lobby to all the amenities, it's a relaxing and comfortable stay. The restaurant is a step up from the typical hotel restaurant. It's worth visiting. The rooms are up to date, clean, and comfortable. The exercise room is spacious and has a range of cardio and weight options.
The only ding on the Westin Los Angeles is the same as every other hotel in the area.there are few other options to eat there. It's a hotel restaurant, a few fast food places, and a Denny's. But otherwise, this is a pretty good hotel.
