Best part of hotel is- it is close to Universal Studio and Hollywood Blvd. I booked hotel for same reason. We stayed there for 2 nights.
Room was neat and clean. There is free parking and free breakfast. You can stay there if you just want to sleep over night.
    Good service, nice staff.

Pretty basic but I really liked it. Really close to Metro station and the Walk of Fame. Really clean, really comfy bed and good wifi. Breakfast was basic but served a purpose. Manager behind front desk was really helpful.

You can't beat this hotel for the price if you're visiting LA with a Car. Free Parking, an easy walk to the Metro, and I felt very safe walking back at night.

This place is in a great location for universal studios, downtown La, walk of Fame and staple center which we visited them all now the room wasn't bad either Ac heat worked fridge microwave worked Hot water was lovely from the sink to the shower cable TV on the wall bed we're fine and clean pool outside breakfast in the AM free and the parking was good there's always a spot available even when we came in late also this was a quiet area no noise from outside or the street which was a plus now.. THE BAD this was the main down fall management please hear me out we stayed on the first floor so being able to hear people walking upstairs and the floors squeaking not to mention I have kids so when the guy up stairs started knocking the boots I had to put on my kids head phones the bed was loud and the floor was banging I would of gave a 5star rating but due to the floor situation I'm going with a 3 Thanks for the stay

Good location, easy to access trains etc. The room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. Not many tables and chairs for breakfast but plenty of food. The only negative was that I struggled to get my heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs. Its a nice place and very affordable, I would recommend it to family and friends.

Very close to the Walk of Fame, the Griffith Observatory, Universal Studios, and Warner Bros. It offers microwave, fridge, TV, wifi, safe, coffee and a small breakfast. It also has a swimming pool. It is a bit old fashioned. Service is very nice.

Fair enough hotel. Everything is a bit run down, and the double beds are more like wide single beds (they also sink in the middle, which makes them like a gravity well that sucks the occupants towards the middle), but things are kept clean, and staff is friendly.

The upper floor has no elevator access, but half of the rooms are on the ground floor, so just make sure you get a ground floor room if you require disabled access or otherwise do not want to climb stairs.

People from around the world visiting fabulous Hollywood. It's a good place for tourists, just south of Sunset. There's a Metro just up street.
Stayed with my adult daughter, Room had two beds, one in a separate room! I've never seen that before :) room 250
2 HBOS and 2 Showtime channels
Fridge, microwave in room, good for extended stay.

Great location. Ten to fifteen minutes from many landmarks. Very conveniently located less than a block from the LA underground metro. We took it to get to a dodgers game which beat dealing with traffic and parking there. The hotel is very near many entertainment options on Sunset. I recommend

Our room smelled like smoke. In a bad side of town. No restaurants within walking distance. Constant noise all hours of the night. Police showed up and arrested someone. Continental breakfast was ok.

Great location but the ER is right across the street with ambulances going in and out all night.

The AC- unit in the room was broken but they fixed it during the day when we were out.

No Continental Breakfast, only cereals with milk, cinnamon buns and some fruit.

Cost effective. Room floor was disgusting. Dead spider on the wall. Furniture was soiled with either blood or ketchup. There is no continental breakfast as described. It's cold cereals with milk from a mini fridge. If you want somewhere to sleep beside the streets this is a step up.

Friend booked a room here a couple nights before we went on saturday. Wasn't the cleanest and we missed continental breakfast but we had a good time and the sheets seemed decent at least. We only stayed to sleep so it was fine for that. Free wifi and the room had a fridge we didn't use.

I actually liked this place. I can't say anything negative. There is a pool, ice machine, and friendly , and courteous employees. What really made me give the 5star rating is that the maid asked me out of the blue if I needed my room serviced. It's a little bit of a walk to the walk of fame, but there is plenty of food around. My room was clean , I could not see anything wrong with it. There is a parking lot which is great. You will get a paper to stick in your window.
