Great hotel very handy to LAX for travels. Construction going on now but Hilton it's working around and make efforts not to compromise their brand / reputation and it seems to be working fine from my perspective. They have a lounge to help take care of their more loyal clientele. I WAS puzzled in that the adult beverages were not comped as I've seen in most.

Very nice hotel (even though it was undergoing some maintenance). It's well maintained and very clean. The staff was helpful but the place gets incredibly busy if there's a conference there. It was so busy, it took at least 15 minutes to wait for and take an elevator every single time. So plan accordingly if you're trying to catch a flight! But the place was great. Good breakfast, helpful staff, and even the garage was clean, well lit, and painted nicely (which is rare).
Location is convenient to the airport but I do not recommend staying here other than catching your flight. The surrounding area isn't very nice and you have to drive at least 15-20 minutes to areas such as Marina Del Ray to be able to comfortably walk around anywhere or get good dinner out.
I travel monthly for business and try to stay at Hilton properties when I can and currently silver but have been Diamond status in the past. This was by far my worst experience in a Hilton property.
Firstly, I drove around the block several times attempting to find the entrance which is hidden by the construction area.
Although LA was experiencing unusually warm weather, I didn't expect my room to be the same. Even with my air turned down to 50, the room remained overly warm and I am used to hot weather.
On my first day out, the valet took about 15 minutes even with a convention crowd which wasn't bad. On my second day, I was late to a client meeting when valet took close to 40 minutes to return with my car. On my third day, was a similar experience with a 30 min wait.
Construction noise is also was a pain while trying to drown out the banging.
Although I will stay at Hilton again, this Hilton will not be on my list.
Horrible!!! Do not stay here!!! I parked my rental car in front of the hotel to register and told the valet I was going inside to register which he said was fine. Until I told the valet I was going to self park, then he told me that I could not leave the car in front of the hotel, that I had to move it and put it in self parking and then register. The self parking garage is under the hotel and most of the turns are pretty tight and you have to park four levels down. Then you have to get a parking ticket and it costs $34.00 a day to park here. I booked the room over the phone with Hilton direct and she did not say anything about a $34.00 parking fee. There are other hotels close by that do not charge for parking, it would be a much better choice.
Beautiful hotel right by the LAX airport. I had a pretty abbreviated stay with a day rate. The only goal I had was to get some sleep which I was able to do thanks to the comfortable beds and the room darkening curtains. I also had a great shower before leaving. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I had to take off a star because there were a few times I was awakened by banging outside my window. Nobody knew what it was.

Overall this hotel is a decent place to stay. There is a very spacious pool and four hot tubs. Food and beverage staff definitely deserve 5-stars. That being said the food was expensive. Our room was next to an ice maker and elevator so we were frequently woken up by other guests getting ice. The front desk staff were a bit cold too.
Really close to LAX with complimentary shuttle. Ability to check in early for a $50 fee. Plenty of restaurant and cafe options on site. Rooms are clean yet simple. No fridge or microwave in the room though. Complimentary toiletries are elegant! Overall, great value for the price when considering location, cleanliness, and safety.
Hadn't been here in many years, stayed during memorial day weekend for a convention. Much newer and nicer than I remembered, and the rooms/suites are very clean and comfortable.
The restaurants on site are a little pricey, but that's to be expected at a hotel right by the airport. Also, I was auto billed for parking, even though I had a discounted rate, which was easily resolved at the front desk. Just be sure to check your bill upon checkout.
The tower rooms give you access to an executive lounge with free Continental breakfast and different snacks throughout the day. It's not much more than the regular rooms and might be worth it if you're hanging around the hotel all day like I was.
Came here for a convention. This place is beautiful and the employees are great. Everyone was super friendly. There are bathrooms everywhere and they are clean. Downside internet is only free for guests and phone service was spotty in certain areas of the hotel. Parking can fill fast and is a bit pricey, though since its at the airport it maybe understandable. Will definitely be back for the next convention here!
Arrived for a business trip. Shuttle comes from the airport approximately every 30 minutes. Room was okay, but a bit dated. Room was pretty small and tight, but that could be due to the king size bed. Bathroom was decent with really good water pressure from the shower head. Gold and Diamond members get Executive lounge access which has a simple breakfast and evening snacks. It may be okay for a meal replacement for a day on your stay.
Elevators were all out of sorts. It took over 5 minutes to get an elevator to our floor, and just about as long to get one going back to the lobby. At least one was broken every day. Also, a voiced alarm (ie: a man speaking) went off at 6:30am every minute for a solid 7 rounds. Apparently an alarm was pulled, the voice told us it was a false alarm. Around 8:30am there was a ton of banging on our floor. Not someone knocking but like hammering. The cafe has some good stuff, I recommend the breakfast burrito or any of the pizzas. But if there's a line for ordering, be prepared to wait. The place is beautiful and our room was spacious.

The lobby is quite nice and the app check in and mobile key certainly saves time. Staff is friendly and the lotion and soaps are quite nice. The rooms can use an update and the elevators were out of service so it took time to get from one floor to another. The neighborhood is the airport and the view is clear skies and landing flights. There are restaurants in the lobby and several a short walk down the street (adjacent to other hotels). The gym is downstairs and has most equipment that you might need. It felt clean inside and the air was fresh.
