Venue was absolutely breath taking. The food was great! Tons of space. Very friendly staff. Incredible drinks. Phenomenal experience.

Room was generally fine. Audio and projection for PowerPoints were fine. Coffee and breakfast foods were good. However, the room was on the cool side. Someone should have turned the heat up.

Poor value for the money. The service in the hotel perfectly matches a three star hotel. However, the price is of a five star hotel. Upon arrival, I had found that the batteries in the safe were dead. It took an hour of begging to replace them. Finally, I had to go down to the reception and demand immediate assistance. By phone, they only promised that the service was on its way. I almost missed my meeting.

In addition, they disinformed me to entice using their services. I needed to receive two booklets (

The customer service was amazing. I wasn't happy about the $60 valet parking so we parked at the garage across the street. The room was beautiful with an amazing view.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Things here were generally just fine. It was nice to have a phone charging station with multiple adapters. My room was devoid of the usual free bottled water which was a disappointment. Rooms had plenty of square footage but bathroom design was underwhelming. Staff were phenomenal when I left my wireless headphones behind. Without missing a beat, they found them in my room and shipped them to me. I paid shipping but this made stupid mistake so much less stressful.

Checked in late. Woke in middle of night and stepped on wet carpet and discovered it was vomit barely cleaned from I assume the last guest.

Presented this to a front desk person and simply said don’t put another guest in the room until it’s cleaned properly.

I then gave them a choice to do the right thing by me as the customer. Partial refund or something. About a month and nothing.

Even a gesture would have been nice.

Don’t use this overpriced hotel in boston

I really liked my experience here with valet to check in to checkout. All the staff were friendly and super helpful with any questions we had.
The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable which is a major plus!
Parking is only valet here, you can get your car if you need it through your stay. It is $60/night.
Only complaint is you have to pay $14 minimum for wifi. I think the price you pay for the night and parking they should include this.

I was here working an event. The hotel feels a bit stuffy to me - upscale but not super modern and a bit more old school. Location is fantastic right in Copley place in back Bay. Tons of shopping and food without even going outside in case the weather sucks. Westin beds and sheets are super comfortable. I didn't get to see inside these rooms but I'm sure they're nice.

Very very nice!! Everything about this hotel is very clean, new, and modern looking! The lobby smelled very nice and fresh. My room had a stunning view of the city! The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms look very new. The club lounge is very relaxing and has great snacks and meals. Overall a great and clean looking hotel!

Lipstick on a pig. First, there were a lot of problems with the elevators. Maybe that was just a function of an event, but to resort to having employees man the elevators shows how old and inefficient the hotel is.

The rooms have been updated to some degree, but it's clear when you see the cracks in the paint of old doors or wallpaper in the bathroom from the 1970s that it is just not really well executed.

What really enerved me was the "club" or lounge. I was in an executive room with access to the club and found the offerings to be quite underwhelming. While the actual lounge was nice and clean, the fact that you would have to pay for a beer or glass of wine when they essentially charge $65 per day for the privilege is utterly ridiculous. It's also a limited set of food that is offered.

Overall, the rooms are fine, but the value was terrible and not what I expect from a Westin. I will try to avoid this hotel going forward.

Excellent rooms, amazing view of Boston (we were on the 35th floor)! Extremely friendly and helpful staff (although we did have to wait for almost 20 minutes to get our car from the valet Then again, it was a peak hour on a Saturday). Location is by far the biggest advantage Adjacent to the mall, lots of places to dine / drink in and around the hotel. Needless to say, the hotel's rather expensive, but well worth the cost!

This is a beautiful modern hotel. The rooms are light and roomy. It's located in a great location. The prices are high, especially the overnight parking. Overall, it's a very nice hotel in a walkable city. Really enjoying it.

Brian Testorf - Guest Services was outstanding to us. First class service, great suggestions on restaurants and just a wonderful attitude. I am a Platinum member and he upgraded us to a beautiful suite with killer views of Boston and the Charles River for my family as were visiting colleges. Rooms were immaculate and new Elite Lounge was spectacular. Brian also was able to give us a late checkout. I already miss being at the hotel. We will definitely be back!
