Went for brunch. Very good service and food was great. Not quite as good as Langham hotel in Boston but you can't really go wrong here. Some of the best roast I've had at any brunch.

I attended an office Christmas party at the four seasons and it was beautiful. The decorations were tasteful and festive and the food was delicious. Some guests received cold entrees but that was not my experience. The staff was polite and helpful. I would love to attend another event here

This is a classic luxury hotel smack in the middle of downtown Boston. Near the Common and Gardens, Freedom Trail, and subway lines. Safe neighborhood and attentive staff. Hotel has a pretty restaurant. Parking in the area is very limited.

Christmas party in on of their big rooms. Great set up. Food was fantastic, and the bartenders were quick and professional

Enjoyed a terrific dinner with drinks in the Bristol Lounge and would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect combination of a welcoming atmosphere and delicious food and drinks. The service is impeccable and welcoming, and the jazz trio in the foyer adds to the experience. Excellent experience.

Lovely setting and location. Wonderful staff. Very strange suite-dated and poorly appointed

Delicious food. Great rooms of very complex furnishings. Overall I would recommend the room service and lobby bathrooms.

Kind and helpful staff underscore the high quality service at this location. The food was delicious and the dining room was spacious. A refined, posh atmosphere combined with the hushed hustle and bustle from outside created a feeling of safety and peace. A great choice for dining or dreaming in Boston.

What a wonderful experience! Here for a quick trip with my family and we have had a great time the past several nights. Great staff at front desk from the moment we arrived, great meal in your restaurant our first night, great room service for snacks, we loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the hotel car service to the restaurant recommended for lunch by your concierge. Thank you for a truly memorable experience!

Personal attention to detail. We always enjoy our stays at Four Season properties. We are here only two days and the front staff have learned my name, it is wonderful to chat and learn about the city we are staying in from locals. Always recommend the Four Season.

Very nice hotel with well maintained facilities, and attentive staff. The building is very nice, in a convenient place, and offers great views. Bar downstairs is a great place to grab a drink.

Great location just a few blocks from the Boston Common. Great restaurants around including P.F. Chang's, Fire and Ice, and Rock Bottom. Also conveniently located a few blocks from the Wang Theatre.

Yes another Four Seasons that felt more like a Hilton. Just not a Four Seasons anymore. Weird room. No window in the bedroom on my upgraded Executive Suite. Noisy above me (the gym was above me). Good location. Good staff. Just not a Four Seasons experience.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Boston. The room was amazing. It was a very big and roomy suite. It was really cold outside so we had our meals in the room. The service was really good. Also the food was pretty good. I really liked the bed. The bathroom was really nice too.
