Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The room was small but comfortable, clean and quiet. The bar is casual with couches. The valet parking is convenient but a bit expensive. I’m sure I’ll visit again in the future.

Nice room. If there is a tub not bad. No kettle no shaver no toothbrush . Lotion n shower gel is good. Night spot minibar is good

I came to Boston for a conference and stayed at Copley Square Hotel for 5 nights. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My room was a little smaller and older than hotels in a similar price range that I've been to in the past, but it was comfortable, clean, and I didn't have any issues with the light or water features. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings, and complimentary wine from 5 to 6 PM everyday, which was a nice perk. All the staff members were friendly and helpful, from the door to the room service. I would stay there again if I am in the area.

I stayed here for 6 nights during a conference. I was lucky to be at the end of a hallway on the 3rd floor. The building is definitely old, but the accommodations are everything you expect in a modern hotel. The staff were good, and there was complimentary coffee/hot chocolate/hot apple cider throughout the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and incredible staff! The building is quite old which means some things feel almost tired but not necessarily out of date. Wifi works perfectly, and the free wine happy hour is awesome.

Copley Square is in a perfect location in Boston while visiting, especially given their great rates. A boutique style vintage hotel with a modern upgrade makes for a comfortable and appealing stay. Highly recommended for business or pleasureohand take me with youlove Boston!

Really loud, room wasn't ready when we got there after 10pm at night and the replacement room was very poorly equipped with no mini-bar / fridge, no robes or slippers.

Terrible experience, maybe my worst hotel expensive ever. Room was nice, staff friendly, and the hotel had a nice, charming boutique feel overall. However, the point of a hotel is to have a place to sleep. There is a nightclub in the same building, directly under a section of 2nd floor rooms. The music and partying was soooo loud I felt like I was trying to sleep in the nightclub. It was impossible. Bass booming, yelling and partying was like trying to get to sleep in a fraternity house at 11:00 on a Friday night. I had a series of important meetings the next morning and was not on top of my game due to the 3 hours of being wide awake in the middle of the night. Seriously, I felt absolutely robbed of my $300! If you must stay here, insist on a high floor room as far from this nightclub as possible.

Nice house located in the middle of the city with lots of food and shopping places nearby.. the rooms were nice and staff was friendly.. only thing missing was a fridge in the room in case you wanted to keep drinks or food

The bed is very comfortable and the staff are super friendly. There was minimal street noise in my room on the third floor. The only negative is that the bathroom is super tiny.

Good location. The rooms are decorated in a modern style, but being an older hotel you call see they are a little quirky. The staff was very helpful, attending to our needs with a baby by providing a fridge and a play pen. For being in Boston, parking seemed reasonable.

Very centrally located. No real easy parking and it is expensive to park. Room was clean but shows some wear. Front desk was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. They do have umbrellas for guests when it is raining. Wine Down is entertaining and fun. It was lovely to get hot chocolate in the afternoon on the cold rainy days we experienced in town. The bar can be a happening place and the DJ does play decent music. Mattress was not that comfortable and either needs to be replaced or have a topper put on it. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Enjoyed being close to Copley and Prudential center. Room was upgraded to King and a high floor which I appreciated. the morning coffee service was great. The weather was the coldest of the winter and my room was warm and cozy. Bed linens and bath products were high quality. Small shower was great as I prefer a shower to bathtub. Everything was topnotch and I will stay here again.
