I went to the Copley Plaza Fairmount to meet some co-workers and had a pleasant experience. Everyone there was helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be visiting again

The bar is beautiful! Great atmosphere. Shaq, our waiter, is amazing. So funny and warm. Very enjoyable evening. Loved the limited release beer list.

Very luxurious accommodations in the heart of Boston. Rooms are superbly decorated very clean and comfortable. Lobby is an example of detailing and opulence, but not overdone. Only the chairs are a little dated but they really lend to the ambiance.

Stay here if you want fashionable, glamorous luxury in the heart of Boston. Located near such sights as Copley Square, Trinity Church, and Boston Public Library, The Fairmont is ideally located for guests who want to get the most out of Boston. Nearby shopping and food, there is always something to do. The hotel itself is beautiful, with gold adorning the ceilings and columns, a classy bar, and rooms ideal for weddings and other special events. I highly recommend the bar for drinks and snacks, the pretzel bites were particularly spectacular.

Great food and good rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is right where you want it to be as well, good walking distance to most of the city.

It's a beautifully maintained hotel. Check in was easy and our room (upgraded) was spacious and clean. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Carly, the hotel dog, is awesome. I've been told the restaurant is great, although I didn't have time to try it. The location can't be beat - in the heart of back bay. I'll definitely come back.

Decor is very Fairmont which is something I love. Staff is friendly, nice, and informative. Ordered the burger from the late menu. It was alright felt like it was made from a food truck. Everything fell off the plate when I went for a bite. Could of been better built coming for a high end hotel, and maybe added some zest to the burger.. very plain, unappealing, too thick cut slices of pickle, tomatoes, and giant leaf of lettuce for 21$. I loved the room, very beautifully decorated inside. Had a hard time sleeping as the feather pillows were too thin. I couldn't find a better, stiffer, less noisy one. The air in the room was also very dry.
Overall, it lines up with other Fairmonts that I have stayed in the past!

It us very good at the top of the morning. it is because I was scammed and lost all my stuff, I have been trying. it will take a moment of my own business, but it was the wrong place to live with the same time. I attended a wedding here so I can only speak to that and not the rooms themselves. The ceremony and reception rooms were great, and the common areas were beautiful and spacious as well. The location is also excellent for visitors to Boston as it is central and close to many shops.

Service was phenomenal. Room was very clean, king size bed amazing. Electric mirror in bathroom is genius. Location is within walking distance of a ton of stuff. This was my first visit to Boston plan to return soon.

My very favorite haunt to take friends visiting Boston. Fancy, but the bartenders know what they're doing. Gorgeous and historical surroundings. Go for the tulips in the park in spring, then take your date here ;)

Absolutely beautiful hotel, extremely ornate, wonderful amenities, the servers were kind and direct, the ballroom was wonderful. Really cant say enough good things, top to bottom. Located right next to the public library and a slew of shopping/restaurants, would recommend the venue to anyone.
