I stayed at the hotel for a two-day conference. The rooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The pool was a bit deep for my 4 year old to use, but it was a nice pool. All in all, we enjoyed the stay.

Spent four days and three nights in the Boston Marriott Copley Place and it was a wonderful place to be. I was there for a professional event as well and found the site to be well taking care of and very organized. The staff were helpful and also were able to fulfill my request of providing A Room With a View. I look forward to my return to Boston and hope to spend time in the Marriott Copley Place again.

The staff housekeepers were extremely rude and ambivalent about my feelings. As a customer, I expect very positive attitudes, helpful attendants, and common courtesy. Their bathroom attendants don't put paper towels or toilet paper where needed, and if they grumble at the customers then they should be fired. They try to rush you out of there, and fifty people flood the restrooms suddenly. Too much people traffic is a liability if they don't control it enough. The staff won't talk politely; they just won't be nice ever. Don't waste your money once.I was visiting from suburbs and felt this hotel is not worth the price $279 per night. Howard Johnson would have been more fun.

As a Marriott Platinum member, I can say that this hotel exceeds the service standards of Marriott. It is an exceptional hotel and if you are paying with points, you can get an incredible rate. It is centrally located and conveniently connected to Saks Fifth Avenue along with other shopping, making it perfect for getting forgotten items. A spacious, comfortable and quality hotel for the discerning traveler.

Large hotel, but still manages to have a friendly atmosphere. Rooms are large, clean and modern. Some look it over the river. Well equipped gym with an indoor pool. Champions bar had the largest TV screen I've ever seen, as large as a small cinema. Great concierge, very knowledgeable. Hotel is located right in the centre of town, attached to a shipping mall. 24 hour supermarket across the road for those later night munchies.

I stayed here for about a week for a conference and it was fantastic! The hotel is very centrally located and we were able to easily tour the city. The hotel is attached to a giant mall and there are tons of restaurants and shops that are in walking distance. The room was clean and the staff were all friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are coming to the city and looking to tour it. No car needed. We did everything by foot and via public transportation. I was very impressed! I will return when coming back to Boston.

Elevators were very futuristic and fun to use. Staff in the building were incredibly friendly. The hallways were spotless and very quiet at all times. And the lobby had a very cool aesthetic as well!

Amazing event handled so perfectly by the hotel staff. Dominique was incredible taking care of everyone at once and delegating at top speed to a large staff. Every hotel should have at least one Dominique. She stayed cheerful and calm despite all the activity going on at once. Why go anywhere else for a corporate event than the Marriot Copley? Five stars!!!

There seem to be promotions often for rooms here. If you can get a lower rate it's worth staying. The rooms are very nice and comfortable with a lovely washroom. We were fortunate to have access to the Gold Floor. If you can pay extra for this, it is totally worth it. The lounge is opulent with amazing breakfast, snacks all day and lovely evening appetizers.
