Visited in late September. Front desk and shuttle were helpful. Shuttle driver was awesome as he drove us to see a punk show and told us about all the bands he saw in his day. Also had a conversation with a man who worked at the hotel restaurant and the overall vibe, service, and friendliness we encountered made me happy we chose Holiday Inn for our visit to Columbus. Room was very clean and updated and we had a fantastic view of the city.

The staff is very nice especially at the restaurant/bar. The rooms are OK. Housekeeping just forgot to come to my room one day. The hotel is just old and needs a major renovation. Good location downtown.

Stayed here quite a few times, and the staff is always super friendly making check-in efficient. The rooms are newly renovated, and they are way better than they used to be! The facade of the hotel has gotten the fresh makeover, and has greatly improved the overall Aesthetics of the hotel.

The Hotel was great, it location was great for why we were there. And you are within walking distance of just about an entertainment you could want. The rooms,bar/restaurant and other facilities were very nice also.

Super comfy beds, very spacious rooms. Very quiet with no issues. The front desk will hold your bags until your room is ready. Walking distance from several parks, eateries, and bars. You must try Dirty Frank's hot dogs across the street!

Very friendly staff upon arrival and during stay. The bar/restaurant was great and the waitresses there were super nice. Rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities. Bathroom was upgraded and clean. Would recommend and will stay here for future visits.

The employees were nice, great service, nice little room. The bed was comfortable and great food. I'll miss the one employee, Mark, he's the receptionist and he was funny and down to earth. All in all, great hotel. It smelled good and a fast elevator. Great hotel !!

This hotel has been recently renovated and looks really nice. Right downtown and within easy walking distance of just about everything (including a great park two blocks away that had a live orchestra!). Had an issue with the lock on my room and they got me a new room right away. Comfy beds and very quiet considering the location.

I came to Columbus for Rock On The Range. This hotel is a quick drive away from MAPFRE stadium. The front desk people are nice and friendly. As with other Holiday Inns I've stayed at, the wifi doesn't cost extra. Everything is clean. The only kind of negative thing is housekeeping woke us up before 9am knocking on the door to try to clean, so just make sure you put out the Do Not Disturb sign.

They were friendly and super helpful, but there were things missing in the room when we checked in. When informed of this issue they never came up to fix it even though they said they were on their way.

Hotel was very nice and appeared good repair.

The place has been newly renovated since I've been there two years ago for the Arnold. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities needed. Pool is pretty big. Definitely a good choice I made to stay there.

There was *a lot* of construction going on, but I still had a wonderful stay! Joe at the front desk was incredible at multitasking while making sure everyone was happy. :) My only complaints were the sink was slow to drain and there were static channels on the TV which made an incredibly loud white noise if you accidentally stopped on one for too long. Keep up the great work, Holiday Inn! I'm excited to see where these renovations take you!
