I can't say anything about the actual hotel part But they host an open swim for a drowning preventing charity on certain weekends. What a great opportunity for city kids to enjoy the water!

Nice hotel that's walkable to many midtown attractions. The junior suite was a very nice size after I spent more money for much smaller rooms. The attached Tex Mex restaurant was good, too! Parking is only $10 for the day. I would absolutely stay there again.

We stayed in queen suite and enjoyed staying. Very kind stafF. Had discount on parking. Also we kept our luggage on hotel after check out till evening..

This really help us to explore more in New York City.

Great value!! We picked it because it was very close to an event we were attending and the price was good. Given the two we didn’t have very high expectations but we were so pleasantly surprised. We didn’t use the pool but checked it out and it was clean and bright. The parking is right here and only $10.00. The hotel it’s self is clean and the linens are nice. We would absolutely come back!!

We love this hotel. Parking is cheapest in NYC but you have to leave your car parked during your stay. Indoor rooftop pool has cool views. Rooms are nice and rates are reasonable. Location is just 3 blocks from Times Square.

Not the first time we have stayed here and it won't be the last. Have a great view too. If you like Hells Kitchen this is a great place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay here very much. Did not get to experience anything from the pool but the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Also pretty centered in nyc so a good choice in my opinion.

Nice and close to Times Square if you are ok to walk. Had a restaurant at the hotel but pricy. Great little interesting food places nearby. We had a king bed room- no couch or sofabed. As just a couple traveling that was perfect. The bed was ever so comfortable!! Room and bathroom was clean.

I just checked in earlier afternoon today. I came back to my room trying to get to bed around 9pm. I found out there are some blood stain on my cover. I called the front desk. They told me they were going to send somebody over right now. A guy came over and handed me a blanket without saying anything. I asked him if they were going to change it out. He told me he guessed so very rudely and left. I am not a guy who write review or call front desk all the time.

We were in New York for less than 48 hours, with a lot to see, so didn't spend much time in the hotel! The room was comfortable, and the facilities adequate for what we needed. Pity they don't provide tea or coffee makers in the rooms, but they will provide a kettle on request. Staff friendly and helpful.

Firstly I'd like to say that the staff were fabulous. We had some issues with our AC upon arrival and were promptly given a different, larger room. The front desk was helpful and all were friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Although the furnishings could use some TLC. I love the neighbourhood and the proximity to the park etc. That said, we won't be staying here again because we felt the management of the hotel is gouging their guests. I totally get it, travelling is expensive and so is NYC but as an international traveller I was annoyed to have to pay $3/Day for wifi in our room (per device) and the pool was closed during the day much to the dismay of my 8 year old. We weren't in our room a lot but for 5 days those little things became more annoying and added up. We also asked to leave our bags with the bell man before leaving to catch our flight and they charged us $1 per bag. That was also annoying. It's the little things that added up for me.

My wife and I stayed here several nights during our New York stay. The rooms were very clean and room service was excellent. The front desk help is very pleasant, and the concierge service was extremely easy to use. I was even given a room upgrade. I will definitely be staying here again !

Good location, near the subway. The room was okay and the staff was okay as well. We visited the pool but it was too warm for me and too much chlorine in the water. It was very small as well and the changing cabins reeked of urine.

Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy. Some of the furniture is showing its age, and there were not enough functional outlets in the room, but those were minor flaws. Hotel pool on the penthouse level had an incredible view, water was warm and relaxing, making for a nice end to a long day of walking through the city. Location is fantastic, a short walk to both Times Square and Central Park. Lots of great eats a block away on 9th Ave. Metro stop is a convenient two block walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi is free in the lobby, but a $2.95 charge per night per device in the room. Otherwise, very few complaints about this hotel.
