We stopped here because we used to love this place a lot when my wife and i were first married. Something has changed here a lot. The bread twists are very different than what they used to be both in appearance and taste. I added salt and it made it better. Delicious bread that was nice and hot, but you'd almost never know it was garlic flavor which is what i remember the most from before. The pizza was ok, but kind of expensive. The pizza was nothing I'd rave to anyone about.

When we used to come it was always packed, but tonight it wasn't. Based on other reviews i read and my own experience i think i know why. Really hope things turn around. Not planning on going back.

Honestly some of my favorite pizza. They are really slow, but the alfredo chicken deep dish pizza on the specialty pizza menu is amazing! And the bread twists will help with the wait.

Great restaurant. We went here because Olive Garden was overcrowded and were very pleased. Fast service, not overly-crowded, and friendly servers. The food was excellent and fairly priced.

This place is pretty good. The pizza tastes like little ceasers. I only liked the bread twists

We went a few years ago, and loved it. However, we just went again, and man were we disappointed. It wasn't very flavorful, we could tell my food wasn't freshly made (it seemed like it had been sitting out), and even the salad bar was disappointing. We won't be going back

We got bad service. The server didn't ask "how is everything?" or "would you like dessert?" or anything. Twice I had to stop her from running away prematurely. She just took our order, gave us our food, and almost immediately gave us our check. We didn't hear from her after that. The restaurant wasn't even busy.

Absolutely horrible service. We were seated immediately which was great. We sat at our booth for 20 minutes and not a single waiter or waitress came by, not once. Looking around it looked like other people had this issue. One booth kept looking around hoping the waitress would bring their bill already. We just decided to leave and we saw several employees chatting by the kitchen.

This is the second time we have had issues with not seeing our waitress here. Advice to management, hire employees that work.

Their zucchini pasta (zoodles) is out of this world! Also their huge bread twists are really fun and unique. Make sure you try their strawberry lemonade! I've never had such good lemonade!

My fiance and I got a $10 gift card for free for Pizza Factory and so we decided to try it out. The positive things was that the service was quick and pleasant, the cinnamon sugar bread sticks with their sweet cream was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. That's about all the positive things I can think about. The negative things was that they charge for every little extra thing. The pizza was okay and it cost $1-2 per topping. So if you wanted 2 toppings you're paying for an upwards of $4 extra dollars for mediocre pizza. We got a small pasta to share which was about $8 (because of the $1 for sauce) and it turned out to be like a child's serving size. It didn't even fill up the whole plate. To top it off, there was trash on the ground and crumbs everywhere on our bench that we sat at. It's like they only cleaned the table and left everything else there. You can at least clean off the place where we are sitting. Unless you have a $10 gift card and still have to pay $12 on top of that, spend your money at different pizza place.

We showed up at 4:45pm and we only saw 3 workers. Surprisingly they were quick but I think it was because we were the only ones there. Salad was very simple with a glob of dressing on top. The creamy pesto is very oily and the classic marinara was just tomatoes. The never on a sundae was tasty but most of the ice cream had melted before getting to us. It is fairly pricy but we got full. It's not amazing but it's not the worst.

Staff was very nice. Overall atmosphere is cozy. Food portions were extremely small and was very overpriced. They also charged exorbitantly for toppings on pizza or pasta. They also don't know how to pair pasta with sauces as all the sauces were for heavy pastas but they primarily offered light pastas. Overall, not worth the price or empty stomach with which I left.
