I travel for work weekly, covering 5 states, so let's just say I'm really picky!
Loved my stay at this hotel!! Very clean, well designed, roomy and conveniently located. Bonus, they have nice amenities in the room (quality toiletries, bathrobes, sheets, etc).
Large, fresh rooms with great bathrooms. Decent gym and small outdoor pool. Unfortunately, air conditioning is noisy and opening windows is not an option due to location.
Stayed here multiple times. The rooms are pretty solid. Well kept. Everything you need. Location is great and there are some killer Cafes and Restaurants a short walk away. The hotel restaurant was great but is currently under maintanence at time of writing this
Crooks: charge after charge added to my visa. And I parked my car, oversized work van in the alley, and they never touched or moved it and I was charged by the hotel 40, I gave them 10 just to leave my van where it was in the alley. Had I have known I would have used street parking. Do not stay here , the parking is the worst in all Hollywood /la area. The continental breakfast is garbage. And the charge extra outrageous extras for everything. The front desk people are fake and rude, the valet wanted to fight me in the alley. Beware Scam , stay somewhere else!
Great staff, great area and amazing service all around. Previous guests on the other hand were pretty sneaky as all the rooms are non-smoking but they took out the battery in the smoke alarm and we could see where they threw their cigarette butts.
Overall though, the staff was just amazing and let us be us without being to overly serviceable and getting into our business. What surprised me most was the valet staff was really awesome to talk to!
I highly recommend this place. While we were there though their continental breakfast did kind of suck. It was mostly pastries and bread, but i believe it was understandable I had the impression their dining area was under renovation.
Price was also not too bad and their complimentary robes and other services were amazing. Their premium suites could use extra lighting in their showers as it was too dark.
A really great hotel in a convenient location.
The rooms are clean and tidy and very well appointed with tasteful decor and are very comfortable. I found the staff at reception friendly, helpful and eager to be of service.
Upon returning home (to New Zealand) I found I had left an item in the bathroom of my room, I contacted the hotel and was very grateful to find it had been found and it was an absolutely hassle free task to have it sent home to me.
Very impressed all round and throughly recommended to all!
The American Girl package is worth every penny. This is a wonderful little boutique hotel. The room was extremely comfortable, great bed, beautiful updated Euro-style bathroom. The staff really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel has a gym and a pool and a business center. My girls were greeted with gorgeous, high quality American Girl branded gifts - a bed, blanket, pillow, robe and slippers for each doll. They each also got a card at check-in personalized with their names and the dolls' names. I highly recommend this package to anyone traveling with a doll and a kid, or anyone who wants to visit the AG location in Los Angeles. It is about 3/4 of a mile down the road. A short walk or a cheap Lyft.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! (I know this is a long thread but try and stay with me) This hotel has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My husband stayed at this hotel while he was on a business trip that was paid for a month in advance by said business (we still have that receipt). Once he got to the hotel they asked him for a CC for incidental which is more than expected, the problem came once he got home and we noticed a fee of almost 600$, we called the hotel multiple time and we were giving the run around more than a few times. At first it was oh leave a message to this person, no that person so on and so forth. And every single time we had to call back because NO ONE ever returned our messages. Two weeks in I finally started calling them every day every hour or so and finally we saw some movement but still no result. From what I can gather an employee at the hotel TOOK my husband CC and CHARGED someone ELSE stay on it. They will NOT acknowledged this. I have spoken to the director of sales Mrs Lou Imperio more than I can count on my fingers and her reasoning is that the charge didn't come from them (when it CLEARLY says The Orlando on my CC) and that it came from some odd reservation that was made online, she backs herself up with this receipt BUT when you look on the receipt it says it was a VISA that was charged and NOT a MASTERCARD like the one that we have that WAS charged.
Stayed here for a business trip. Staff was very warm and greeted me each arrival and departure. Room was nice.
Enjoyed the King Suite. Beautiful room, 3 TVs, 3 sinks, 2 commodes, all the extra amenities, even a chocolate before bed. Front desk now allows patrons to text, nice feature. Had difficulty figuring out how to make hot water come from tub spicket but engineering was at room within 5 minutes to assist. Would give a 5 star rating but Valet parking is required and costs $40/day which is ridiculous.
Room was perfect for two of us and the complimentary Continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise. No real complaints, though staff could have been slightly more courteous. Lady behind front desk was a little short when I asked about checking out a few minutes late as my infant daughter was napping. I said we wouldn't be long, maybe 30 minutes, and the reaction I received was one of slight annoyanceMaybe she was just having a bad day?
This is a nice hotel right on 3rd street. The staff are nice. The rooms are also nice and provide every amenity you want. The bathrooms have been recently refurbished in a low key but modern finish. I like the hotel because the location allows me to walk to work and enjoy the surrounding area.
