This is a beautiful little boutique hotel with a modern charm. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy. When I first arrived, I was put in a room virtually underground. I had a view of cinder blocks and virtually no cell service. I requested a room change and was immediately given a room on the ground level. All the staff I interacted with we're incredibly nice.

Location is great, plenty of food nearby, pink dot convenience store across the street, comedy store across the street. Rooms are fine, clean, and nicely laid out, bathroom was small and the fan turned on with the light which was irritatingly loud. Service was good, staff was always helpful.

Went to Grafton but didn't stay too long. Was just there to kill time waiting for the other half of our party. We ordered couple drinks. Music was good and vibe was okay. Not too many people on a Friday but it probably had to do with it being thanksgiving Friday. Overall alright experience. Maybe I'll go back next time but not a must go

The hotel has a very cool vibe and the location is greatespecially if you are going to the Comedy Store. Being from San Diego I was not expecting the very high urban parking fee. The hotel was comfortable and it was very nice sitting out by the pool in the evening.

Looked like a nice hotel from the website. WRONG. First off. I booked this room a few months in advance. Upon arrival the girl at the desk said there is a "mandatory optional" additional fee of $20 but it included 4 drink tickets and a couple bottles of water. Must be an LA thing as those two words mandatory and optional contradict each other. Whatever. Anyways, the place looks like a mix between a sleazy 70's porn set and a 90's rave scene. Our room was in the basement. It stunk as soon as you got off the elevator. Our view was literally a cinder block wall out the one window.

That night we decided to get our $20 "mandatory optional" "free" drinks from the bar. First off the bartender told us it could only be non name brand liquor with the "free" drink ticket. Again , Whatever. I ordered a simple vodka tonic. Not even sure what it was but there was anything in it that resembled vodka or tonic. Same with the rum and coke my friend ordered. Absolutely disgusting.

In the morning I went to drink the "free" bottle of water they gave us. It tasted like it was filled in the mop sink of the janitor closet in the basement.

Disgusting place, horrible service, smelly and at $500/night..I would rather sleep on the street then there again!

Being a small hotel it can be easily overlooked by tourists.We stayed at the Grafton on Sunset early July for 2 weeks and it is a gem. Small but with all the facilities. Has swimming pool and gym which we all used and enjoyed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the bed, slept well in it , usually cant sleep at all if it is not my bed. Location was good as well. Easy to get wherever we needed to go especially with Ueber cars stopping right in front of the hotel.

Very nice place to stay. They were behind on the check in time. They gave us free drinks for the wait. I ordered room service and they completely forgot about it. Someone took the order and it never came. After i called the front desk they made good on it and it was to my room within 10 minutes and they took it off my bill. Found a roach in the room but i did have the window open the whole time. Its Hollywood they are everywhere. Having all that happen I would still come back and stay a weekend here for sure. The place is very clean, the bar is nice and the staff was very kind.

I have stayed here many times and if you are looking for a great safe spot to stay in LA this is it.
The rooms are freshly furnished and it does attract a lot of people as it's near the famous landmarks of the Roxy, Whiskey A Go-Go and the Rainbow Bar and Grill which are all rock and roll staples of music history.

The staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to help and even remembered me from previous visits even though I live in Australia.

Would recommend and refer to friends, there is a great vibe and restaurants around as well,

Really enjoyed staying here.
Although it was a little chilly for the pool, it looked really nice and had some great views of LA
Staff at the front desk were very friendly
Room and Bathroom was very small but are really cool and modern, comfortable and clean.
Walls are obviously pretty thin as you can hear whats going on around you but nothing that bothered us too much

The restaurant attached was really good and the bar always seemed lively.

Absolutely loved this hotel! As a birthday present for my friend I booked a standard king room, I thought she'd love the raver wallpaper after getting back from our Otep show at the Whiskey. When we check in I find out we've been given a free upgrade to the starlet suite! The original room I was looking at but couldn't afford! The only thing we had an issue with was the valet. We were running late to get ready for the concert and couldn't find the entrance to the hotel, the valet was rather rude and short with us. When we finally were able to park and get to our room, the valet was much nicer when we had to go back for something we left in the car. Overall an incredible experience and an amazing time! Already planning our next trip back! Thank you so much!!

The pool area was clean, they offered a fruit infused water which didn't taste very good. The rooms were cleaned and well stocked, they have a million different lights in the rooms which was kinda nice. The bathroom was tiny with a big shower but the shower was not enjoyable. You could have the hot water as hot as it goes and still be cold. It was easy for an uber to pick you up!
