There have been problems with the wifi and some of the amenities. Front desk assured me housekeeping would service my room but they never came. Not worth the money for such bad service.
Nice place, but had some problems with a leaky air conditioner and the website didn't tell us that the restaurant was closed for renovations. Otherwise we've been satisfied.
The staff is far from helpful and the rooms are worn. For example I had a broken desk char for all 3 nights I stayed in the hotel and they never fixed it after bringing it to their attention more than once, the room was over $450/night. I can say the room was clean.
Great way to utilize small space. Lovely hotel with great service.
Gorgeous hotel, amazing location, perfect spot for people visiting the city who want to stay away from the regular tourist spots
Almost 3 years ago, I had a very comfortable time staying here. The location is so nice if you are interested in cultural activities during stay in NYC. Please choose with balcony❣️ Oh, also roof top terrace is nice, tot. The yoga mat is belongs to the room:) I miss it❣️
Rooms well designed. Views fantastic, especially from the roof top. What makes this place though is the fanstastic staff. Super helpful and welcoming - Always greeted with a genuine smile anytime I passed reception.
The Nolitan hotel cultivates a “feel like a local” charm. It has all the niche amenities of a hip hotel and yet remains unpretentious.
The rooms are contemporary in design, with oak floors, large desks and each offer different views through floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
Don't forget to have a glass of wine on the rooftop sun deck, with its wraparound views of the Midtown skyline.
No credit cards accepted. No tuna. The bartender short changed us and had a very strange excuse why he "forgot" our 20. Mediocre food. The waiter Andres was considerate and amazing and seemed like the only one working. If it weren't for him it would have been a truly horrible dinner but instead it was just disappointing.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and beautiful decor. The hotel's location is close to various bars and restaurants. We received a complementary bottle of wine for my husband's birthday, and stayed on the top floor with an awesome view of the city. Definitely recommend this hotel.
This is a very nice boutique hotel right in the middle of Nolita. Rooms are clean. Be warned that the showers are with see through glass(although there is a curtain to cover one side of it). The hotel staff were excellent and very professional. There is a rooftop which has a great view of midtown including the empire state building and Chrysler building. You can also see the traffic onto Williamsburg bridge as well.
The restaurant attached to the hotel called Bread is also good for lunch and drinks. Staff at Bread were also excellent.
This boutique hotel is at a great location and it's totally affordable compared to others in the area. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are a decent size and very comfortable. I stay here every time I'm in town for work.
Staff is the very added value of this hotel: super kind and very helpful. The hotel has a wonderful lounge. It doesn't offer any breakfast but is surrounded by places where you can find whatever kind of food you're looking for. Rooms are small and generally pretty noisy (there is much traffic in Kenmare street). The area is very lively, exactly between Chinatown and Little Italy. It is full of restaurant, bars and places where to enjoy your time in NYC.
I should be giving three stars but the staff was so pleasant that some of the hotel's flaws may be overlooked. So, four stars is my opinion.
Maybe I'll be back here in the future.
