Good limited service hotel close to many midtown attractions. Lobby is a bit cramped but works as long as a large group isn't checking in. Also, close to Port Authority with all of the subways at the doorstep. Service was great. Overall good choice for Times Square or Theatre district.

The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is so big. I really appreciate the free water and coffee everyday. The personal is magnific and very polite. I am very happy with this hotel.

Excellent location with close proximity to Times Square. Clean room with comfortable bed. Great blackout shade for window. Bathroom is large and well equipped with a nice shower.

The rooms are clean and better than many hotels nearby. Within a walking distance to time square. Basic breakfast. The only issue is that street did not feel safe at night. City view rooms has good views.

Good location close to times square short walk to Penn station lots of food and drink options close by subway close by. Room clean and plenty of space. Staff was friendly and accommodating

Place is perfectly located by Times Square. Walking distance to everything you need. People were really nice and rooms were clean and quiet. Free waters each day saved us time. I wish the lighting was a bit better in our room and pillows could be better. :) oh, and there's a mini bar w sports games downstairs and you can buy wine by the bottle at the front desk for $20.

Great room and view. Location was better than I expected as we could walk from our train to it with ease. The staff was very friendly and made us feel extra special. I'd certainly try to stay here again on my next visit to NYC!

I just want to say what a great experience we have had staying at your hotel. This was our first time to New York and the staff here from the night we checked in on 8/10/2017 to 8/15/2017 was very sweet. The lady who checked us in remembered us every time we came through and the manager was very sweet as well. Surprising us with balloons champagne and chocklate covered strawberries. What a treat. Thank you all very much.

The room wasn't room but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great location just a few minutes walk from times square. The staff was friendly. The lobby had iced tea which was nice for someone from the south but it wasn't sweet! Great overall!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The staff provided assistance since the moment I stepped into the property. Very friendly staff. The King Size bed was comfortable and the whole room was great. Especially enjoyed the late check-out at 4:00pm (must be requested) as oppose to other locations where normal check-out is at 12:00pm.

This was a great hotel very close to subway stations, Times Square, and other attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly. Offered luggage storage when we arrived earlier than check-in so we could go out and see the city. Very good price for the location and service, would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel for the price. Not far from the convention center or times Square. Just a block away from plenty of dining or stores. The staff was all very nice minus the fella in the restaurant who told me they didn't have eggs other than scrambled when I tried to order off the menu. The bar is tiny but the bartenders are very friendly and poor a nice drink. And it wasn't hard to get a seat. Rooms were clean and tended well. And the towels were soft! Ended up here and extra night due to bad weather and the staff still took excellent care of their guests!

It was a very nice hotel. Good service, clean room, nice view (I booked the city view), perfect location, friendly staff. They offer free water and apples, which was a nice touch. Room was a little small, but that was as expected in Manhattan, and plenty large enough for us to be comfortable. Also, make sure to manually close the door, because the pressure from the door swinging closed isn't quite enough to lock it. Other than that, great hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. I have been all over the world and stayed in much more expensive hotels, but oh boy the staff at this hotel is just absolutely amazing. They are very professional, courteous, kind and helpful. The best thing is that they don't say NO for an answer. Front desk is simply unbelievably caring and considerate to customer needs. They treated my daughter like a princess, which was very touching. Restaurant staff is very polite and efficient. Over all simply amazing experience. Walking distance from Times Square and very affordable price. Will highly highly recommend and for sure will stay here on all my trips to NYC.
