Went there December 10th, and what a great place to stay! On the beach yet close enough to stores and dining. Staff was more than helpful during the stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. 2 heated pool and workout room. highly recommended.

I'm a 5th year Neptune guest. There's a reason we come back every year. The employees at the Neptune are all there to make your stay a pleasurable one, with one man even helping me bust open a coconut that I found on the beach. The location is very nice. Within walking distance of times square, and within driving distance of anywhere else in Ft. Myers. I highly recommend the Neptune to anyone considering a trip to the area.

My favorite hotel in Florida! The staff at the front desk are always happy and helpful. Good coffee served for free in the lobby round the clock. Located on an excellent portion of the beach. Lawn chairs and towels provided for. Clean rooms, tile floors, no carpeting. Two nice pools. Keep an eye out for table and chair hogs who throw towels in entire rows of chairs and bogart tables, lmao. But that is so far out of the Neptune's control. Stay here and have an amazing time!

Love this place. Clean facilities. The staff are friendly and genuinely seem happy to help you. Motel right on the beach. Great value. Definitely will visit again.

Nice clean place. Staff friendly and helpful. Housekeeping every day. Two pools and towels for beach and pools. Air con very noisy, kitchen quite basic. Would definitely recommend.

Clean rooms, well equipped. Have a range from smaller studio rooms all the way up to large rooms with kitchenette and a living room. Great location on the beach, not too far from the water. Two clean and well kept pools. Been coming here for years and will continue to come in the future.

Good location, easy walk around, clean bathroom andvely decorated bedroom. Not enough pressure in the shower. Easy to park an assigned parking space designated.

Great place to relax wide open beach plenty of pool space. Your just enough away from the crazy stream of ppl. You can walk toward that if that's what you like I would come back with a group anytime. Rooms are clean service excellent.

Front desk staff could not have been anymore accommodating. My daughter sprained her ankle and they even called around for assistance and did all they could to make her comfortable. The only concern was a lack of housekeeping during our stay.

We absolutely loved this resort and will definitely be visiting again soon, as our two day stay was just not long enough. Everything was great about this hotel. Free parking for guests was awesome for our rental car and it was right next to our room. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so they upgraded us to a much bigger room for a small fee. The pools were excellent and very well kept. The showers at the edge of the beach made it easy to transition from the beach to the pool and the pool and beach lounge chairs made both places comfortable. We loved being right on the beach at an affordable price. This place is in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and stores and the peir. It also offers grills on the patio by the pool if you prefer to cook your own food. My only wish is that we would've been able to stay longer. We'll be coming back to search for more star fish and sand dollars on the sand bar and beach. That was a favorite for my kids.
