Stayed here as a base to explore surrounding areas, pool and hot tub amazing breakfast very nice 2 double beds and double sofa bed.

Stayed there Sunday and Monday night, realized left a pair of new black ankle boots in the room, left several messages with house keeping Tuesday night, never called me back, went there Wednesday morning, took them about 40 minutes to get someone to finally say they never found them. Went to room, the lady that escorted me said nobody stayed in the room Tuesday night. I believe whomever cleaned the room must have kept them 😕 Regarding the hotel, when I started making the pull out couch for my boys, the sheet and blanket set was totally used, not even folded up and put away. Took the staff 3 trips to bring fresh sheets, fresh blankets and fresh pillow cases when I asked for a whole new set for the pull out couch. The two "queen" beds in the back room were definitely full beds, and the bed halves on each bed that was toward the center were both seriously dipped had to sleep on outer halves to get support.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites for a business trip. The evening reception was great for conversation and socialization. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly. My room was clean.

I stayed here after a major hurricane came through while I was working to restore services. The hotel was understaffed to what appeared to only a third of the normal employee level. They were absolutely amazing in providing great service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My family and I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The location is perfect close by beaches and shopping centers. Happy hour and breakfast is the best. The kids love to get into the hot tub and pool. The rooms is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and inviting.

Super friendly and knowledgeable bartender, Marci, at the lobby bar is fabulous! There's a great selection of scotch and bourbon, including several very high end choices (I know, right! I didn't expect such luxuries either!) Believe it or not, the food is fabulous as well..and very reasonably priced! Medium rare lamb chops with single malt scotch or single barrel bourbon, and a great bartender to chat with..I'm very impressed with Embassy Suites!

The daily made to order breakfast was spot on. The managers nightly welcome cocktails was gr-e-e-a-t. The pool was heated and open until 11pm nightly. The 2-rooms suite was nicely appointed and perfect for our family of four. This hotel is well managed.

Embassy Suites in Estero, hands down has got to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It's in a great location with plenty of activities. They have an outstanding made to order breakfast, happy hour, pool, and fitness room. The staff is super kind and the rooms are always kept very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Fort Myers/ Estero area. Can't wait to be back!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and it almost feels like home. If you're looking for convenient location to stores / shopping there's a few restaurants very close by, but that's about it.

What an incredible hotel! Our room was lovely. Amenities were more than adequate, and the view from our veranda was breath-taking. The facilities were immaculate, easy to access, and well planned. The oceanfront nearby was incredible. The wait staff were on the "dime," always smiling and attentive to our needs. We have amazing memories here and plan to return.
