One of the nicest Marriott properties in North America. The location is ideal, the property is very well tended but the employees and staff will make you feel like family in the first five minutes. Whether for business, a get away, or to hang on the beach with your kids it's just awesome.

We stayed here for a wedding and wow did we have a fun time. The hotel was clean as a whistle staff were amazing and helpful. I loved everything about it. The food in all the places was great, thanksgiving feast was superb. The pools and all the grounds were kept tip top shape. The beach wasn't to crowded either (shame it was little chilly and windy when we were here). This whole package of a great resort on the beach for a wedding was just a fairytale out of a book.

This property is beautiful in every way possible, but what makes this outstanding is their staff. We were welcomed by Austin at the front desk. He had a great smile, was very professional and welcoming. His manager Jason even came welcome us too and brought us water. From here everything just got better and better throughout our vacation during the Thanksgiving holiday. This was a full occupancy week and we never felt rushed and the service was excellent the entire time. Thank you Austin, Jason and the entire staff.

Beautiful hotel and resort! I was married there on the beach, and had a cocktail hour, reception, and dance following. The location couldn't have been better! The beach was large with beautiful white sand and provided the perfect backdrop for a beach wedding! The reception was on a terrace outside under the stars! The evening sunset was breathtaking! Everyone at the JW Marriott was amazing! The wedding coordinator, John, the wait staff, and bartenders catered to or every need! The food was wonderful and so were the drinks! They even gave us a oceanfront suite to stay in while there! I can't say enough wonderful things about the JW Marriott! They made my wedding literally a day I will never forget!

This is my third time staying here and every stay has been magnificent. Being a short drive over from Ft Lauderdale it's easy to get to yet far enough to feel out of town. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are spotless with up to date furnishings. The ambiance is high end without being pretentious. Laid back and relaxed atmosphere perfect for lounging by one of the pools or beach. Fantastic and diverse set of restaurants to keep you filled up all day. Can't wait to go back.

I have been a Hilton Diamond Member for 5yrs and this hotel impressed me! The customer service was simply outstanding! A true vacation experience where everyone is there to make you feel great. Make sure to stop by the lobby bar and ask for Vic. Food was also yummy (which is rare for hotels). Gave it 4 starts simply because the beach chairs were very uncomfortable (cheap ones) and super dirty (bird poop). Kudos anyways!!!

My stay with JW Marriott has been quite pleasant. The staff is extremely welcoming and willing to help at any time. The amount of activities available are fantastic. You can find something to do at virtually any point in the day. The rooms are clean and you can eat at several restaurants coveniently located at the bottom of the hotel. I will be staying at JW Marriott the next time I visit Marco Island.

Wife wanted all inclusive in the Carribean. I wanted to stay in the country and drive so that we could bring our golf clubs. Somehow I won and I'm pretty sure she was happy with the result as I was. This place is off the charts. The staff is amazing. I can't list everyone I've come into contact with but here are a few: Brook was amazing at getting us a king size bed for our honeymoon (and thank you for the thoughtful gift) Derrick was a super personable guy, and Don the "shuttle" driver was super helpful. Thank you everyone for making our honeymoon so amazing! Edit: had to say something about the "construction." As far as I'm concerned it's non-existent. Anyone complaining about it is just looking for a hand-out.

We're back again and the hotel is even better! But aside from the fact that the Marco Island Marriott is the finest hotel and has the best beach in Florida, I'd like to take a minute to speak about something that most of us sometimes forget to recognize while we are "taking a little R & R" and enjoying ourselves A warm, sweet, very hardworking housekeeper with a wonderful attitude reminded me of this. Her name is ROSITA and she deserves to be recognized. It's the Rosita's of the world who can make an already good situation even better. Thanks Rosita!

Had a really great time here. Beautiful resort. Founds tons of seashells. Pools are well designed. Rooms are very comfortable. Great for a high end ($$$) vacation.

The hotel is immediately on the beach and appears to have ocean views from all rooms. There is construction on a new building but it is easy to ignore. Most of the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

Amazing resort. What a fantastic location. The beach is so wonderful. The staff is so courteous and helpful and met all of our needs throughout the stay. Shaun was especially fond of Ricardo by the pool😂😂

Seriously, these reviews are a joke!!!! This resort is paradise! The bloody Mary's are exquisite. The cob salad is to die for the multiple pools and lounges make it feel like an all encompassing resort rather than a Marco motel. You're getting an experience!!! You can golf, you can fish, you can experience everything.

Hope you have a lot of money. You would think their customer service would be held to a high standard but it is not. This hotel is a complete rip off. After paying $500-$600 A NIGHT, they make you pay a $30 resort fee AND $25 to park your car. This is outrageous. Also good luck finding a place to have a reasonably priced meal. Everything is high priced and gouge you for every penny. What a shame, beautiful hotel with greedy owners. Stay away.
