I cant wait till renovations are complete. By far the best staff anywhere, great food and drinks and a really beautiful building. Beach has rental gear and is huge and pristine.

This place is awesome. Nice bridge all the way to the sand makes the beach a walk away. Amazing views and great service.

We just came for food and drinks (currently, the hotel is closed, but the restaurant and bar is still open). The food was beyond terrible. Honestly, I'm not sure how they could make the food be so terrible. It would have tasted better if they had bought some cheap frozen food and used a microwave. The drinks were also questionable (frozen balls of ice in what was suppose to be a frozen drink?). At least the prices weren't insane.

It is a great hotel. The rooms are clean. There are 2 pools and beautiful beach access with chairs. Jet sky rentals. Amazing Sunset, the staff is great. But the seafood buffet was bad for us.

Main part of hotel has been renovated a d looks great. Only reason for 4 stars is due to so me cosmetic issues in the room and hallway. Other than that great experience. Highly recommend

Rooms are nice/decent. The pool is nice too and hotel is close to the ocean. The service here is terrible. We tried to get food/drinks at the pool and waited over an hour for someone to come by. There is definitely no sense of urgency from anyone here. The restaurant here even had terrible service (just very, very slow). There are better places to stay but this place is decent.

I live in Naples Florida which is 12 miles away. One of my favorite activities is kayak camping in the 10,000 islands. I have been parking at the Hilton for nearly a year at least twice a month while I kayak camp for 1 night. On my last adventure I planned I was informed policies have changed and unless I stayed at the hotel I cannot park at their lot (I park my car there from 7pm-5pm the following day and always pay the fee). It didn't matter that I was an honors member and stay at multiple Hilton hotels when traveling for business. Definitely lost me as a customer, will not be staying at another Hilton hotel.

We had signed up for early check in.They told us we would get next available. 3 hours later we checked with the front desk,they checked us right in. 2 hours later they called to tell us our room was ready! Beds where hard. WIFI was hard to connect. No soda machines on the hotel floors. Staff where very nice and helpful. Don't go without plenty of money very pricey. Close to a great strip mall across the street. Great food reasonable prices.

We had a great week at this hotel with our family, including kids age 4 and 8. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and eager to please. On a rainy day, they set up movies and games inside the hotel. The next day was sunny and one of the staff members offered to watch the kids for 30 minutes so my wife and I could go to the jacuzzi (we politely declined.) The location is excellent and the heated pool is nice and warm. We also loved being so close to the beach and great restaurants. The room was excellent. Everything is pricey, but that's typical of these types of hotels. We hope to return again next year.
