We have been staying at the Ritz for years, but now we have discovered this gem. Breakfast and high tea included, a wonderful experience. No restaurant or shop downstairs. But across the parking lot is CVS and PUBLIX! Everything you could ever want.

The rooms smell clean, and the lobby like vanilla candles. I personally love the pancake machine, lots of healthy choices available. The lake view was so relaxing with a fire pit to keep you warm at night.

We will be back. Loved it.

Both windows in room that open were broken so they wouldn't stay up at all. Front desk said it was for "safety." Absolutely preposterous explanation. Mechanism was clearly broken.

Elevator hydraulic motor noise was loud in room even though it wasn't next to the room.

Room AC unit wouldn't turn off from wall.control. You had to also turn off unit itself. Not clear. Asked for help from front desk, it never came.

Breakfast was ok.

Bar is minimal and not remarkable in any way.

If possibly stay in rooms that face the pond, there will be less noise from traffic. Some rooms have balconies.

very quiet and clean place. breakfast is delucious and they have a waffle maker! close to downtown and also the beach.I stayed there twice already and will definitely return.

Room are clean. They are very helpful and friendly. As, for bed in breakfast everything is carbs and the only thing you get as protein is hard boiled eggs and fresh fruits. But, overall it's good. Staff, are nice.

Vicky at the front desk is truly the best! We came here on our wedding night and she couldn't be more helpful and more nice and more wonderful. Very pretty hotel and absolutely fabulous service. Ask for Vicky!

Room was clean although sometimes had a low tide smell but the water view was ever changing being on the second floor. Location was great and we walked to everything. The pool was very nice and all in all we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the motel.

This is our second stay at this great boutique hotel. Most accomodating staff, go out of their way to provide great service. Rooms are excellent. We had balcony room overlooking the lake. Very quiet hotel. The morning Breakfast is great, honor bar for the day and at the pool. Great location to Vanderbilt Beach.
