Husband and I went there for brunch today. We put in for a table next door at the other restaurant but it was packed. I'm glad we decided to come here instead. They had a traditional English breakfast which I had been craving. It was very good. We had bread pudding to finish off the meal and it was amazing. It's pet friendly for the outdoor seating, and our server even brought my dog a water bowl!
Excellent place. I hope they keep the English breakfast on the menu.
Only thing I could suggest is the waitress' skirts It felt a little Hooters-ish. Our waitress' underwear was showing. I feel they could have a little higher class uniforms than that; it felt a little cliche. But all of the service was excellent and we would definitely go back.

Very comfortable atmosphere, timely, attentive, and knowledgeable wait staff (literally made rounds no less than every 3 minutes, only stopping when glasses needed filling or we made eye contactEXCELLENT job, Tessa!). Food delivered quickly, hot, and wholesome. Fried Avocado Burger was exceptional (on the scale of burger quality and value), as was the flavor of the Ruben Sandwich. Ruben unfortunately was on the thin and dry sidebut with a side of Thousand Island, was "good enough for government work." Bread Pudding served on a sizzling iron skillet with a side of vanilla ice cream was the flavor highlight of the mealit's a must try! We'll be back to try more traditional, English dishes next visit.

I have to stay, we stopped off to watch a football game because our normal hangout was too full for comfort and we wanted outside seating. The staff was absolutely stellar and really accommodated our special requests. My only complaint, and it's enough for a star, is the price. Very expensive even though I realize it's in a very trendy spot.

Was there yesterday and a new server( pretty sure her name name was ava but could be wrong, she started yesterday) was fast and friendly. Got my drinks right away and she made our visit very welcoming. There was a female manager touching tables and talking with the the staff and it was a welcoming restaurant. The male manager wearing a suit (did not catch his name) was also great. I just moved back to San Antonio opening my practice and will be telling all to come here. Great Job everyone!!

They closed the one right around the corner and had to drive out to their other location. Food was good, but I couldn't have a Guiness with it (to far to drive home). Love bangers and mash and shepard's pie.

First off we had to switch tables within the first 10 minutes to be in front by the bar because we were placed in an unseen unlit location and the place was pretty empty. We weren’t receiving any service so we moved. Then it took another 5 minutes for the waitress to even come by. It took 20 minutes to then get our food and when it came out we were in shock at how horrible it just looked. My mother’s meal was missing the mashed potatoes and the waitress acted like she had no idea that maybe the mashed potatoes were under the pot roast which they were not. My meal which costs $18.99 might I add, was the lemon caper salmon and it came out looking like it had been dried out in the sun for days and it wasn’t a salmon fillet it was a tiny portion of salmon cut up in 3 tiny pieces and then a pile of rice on my plate. I have never had such terrible service and a terrible looking meal in all my life. A kid could make better food. Absolutely horrified by this experience. Trust when I say unless you’re coming for happy hour drinks and nothing else stay away. HORRIBLE!

First and last time we will be visiting. From the beginning it took a while to be greeted, then we had to ask for the coffees multiple times, which definitely tasted bitter. Milk which normally comes at no additional cost for coffee was 3.50, I have never seen that before. We never received our appetizer until the actual meals came, we had to tell them we didn't want our appetizer, to return it. (Which was deviled eggs). The entire experience was a complete mess and we regret spending $50 to have such a bad experience.

I just want to start off by saying this establishment has terrible service. It takes about 30 minutes for a waitress to come and take your drink order, then another 30 to actually get the drinks. You can imagine how long it takes for the food. After waiting forever to receive my food, the side of mac & cheese that came with my meal arrived without any cheese. Just macaroni noodles with a pinch of shredded cheese on top. Absolutely disgusting. Unless you are coming to this restaurant to grab some drinks at the bar, I would sugggest you avoid this place. Terrible food and terrible service. It amazes me this place is still in business.

I went on a Thursday evening like at 6 and the place was pretty empty. The wings were dry, the Margaritas were good and on special apparently, but the lady at the bar was not very nice. I asked her if she had specials and she began to recite what they had really fast and with an attitude. Probably wont come back. The hostes kid was very nice tho. Am giving a star for the margarita and another for the hostes.

My husband an I had a great meal. Started off with the chips and cheese sauce then a Ruben with fried mushrooms and pineapple ale for me and a prime rib sandwhich with chips and coke for him. It was all good. We had a great waitress to top it off. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in San Antonio.

Service was terribly slow and the British theme is only skin deep (cosmetic). The servers all wear plaid skirts (Scottish?). Great cheap drink deals if that's what you're looking for, but I was hoping for some decent British fair.

We ordered bread pudding with ice cream, and then got no ice cream. Server was asked again, and she forgot. She finally brought it out. She said she would comp the ice cream. That was fine. Then we ordered more drinks and then I saw a little German cockroach crawling on the seat behind my friend's head. I was disgusted. We flagged down our server again, she went to get a manager. No one came back after 15min of waiting. We left. I'll be calling to get the pub inspected.

Best place to eat at the Rim. Our waitress Brittany was wonderful and toke great care of us. Defiantly loved this place. Our food was AMAZING and the environment was very fun and energetic.

Everything is so good the food is awesome, the ambient is so chill and relaxing. The bartender Stacy is the best! She's so cool and always checking if you are OK! She is the best! I'm definitely coming back soon!

The atmosphere is great. They have a good Playlist. They have 99c mimosas on Sunday. My plate, the tour of Britain was OK, only drawbacks were the tomatoes and the green sauce that seemed to be some sort of celery mix.
