Fairly clean and comfortable, but my drink order took an hour and a half to complete. No apologies yet from management. I'd say don't come for the service or food, smuggle in your own drink.

I love you guys, I really do. In fact, I love y'all so much that I haven't been to a theater besides the Drafthouse in well over a year. But when your popcorn machine breaks down and you can't serve it, you really should give any customer who tries to order it a voucher for the next time they come. That is the type of action that would help take your customer experience from 4-stars to 5-stars. I hope y'all don't have this issue during the Star Wars premiere weekend.

I enjoy this theater , it is never too crowded and love that I can order a pizza or burger while watching a movie. Always clean and employees are very friendly and helpful. Great location and like that they enforce noise and people on their phones during movie.

All the Alamo Drafthouses are awesome but I'm very impressed by this place. Service is great, food is solid and adult beverage selection is impressive. Makes a great date night and I've actually done a few team outings here which worked really well.

Also, most people don't take advantage of the special events they put on which I now realize is a huge missed opportunity. I took my son to see Cars3 and he lost his mind! Took a picture in a fake car, he got a free Matchbox car to take home and his favorite part: chomping on a Lightning McQueen decorated cookie. This place continually goes above and beyond!

PLENTY of leg room, nice chairs, and good food. They replaced the bar style tables that used to trap you in your seats, now there are small table bars in front of you. Still permanently mounted but less obtrusive - this is good!

Lot's of fun quote alongs just like the other locations - really fun.

Get your tickets online before you go and you can reserve your seats. It's confusing when you walk in though. There is no one to take your tickets, etc. Just look for your theater and stroll on in.

We love this place normally and spend lots of money here. Big tips too. Tonight was a joke. Loud couple all night next to us so we raised the first complaint order card ever in the 7 years coming here. No action. No closed loop. Team loud went on and on. Spoke to a manager to remind them of their differentiation and was met with a jv manager unprepared to interface with people. Deplorable. Never going back.

OK, so I've moved my rating from 2 stars to 5 because it appears that Alamo Drafthouse was listening. If not to me and my post then some other like minded Texan. Either way I commend them for leaving up the 30.07 sign up and pulling down the 30.06 sign down. If you are simply a gun-hater, I might suggest you read below on the other side's perspective and at least think twice before putting yourself at risk.

We have always enjoyed the evening out here and it's great to have a movie, dinner and drinks under one roof. Food was good, not great, not bad but all in all a great experience. I was very disappointed during my last visit here to find out that they had posted the 3006 sign forbidding conceal carry licensees from carrying into their facility. I get the 3007 sign and not wanting people to open carry but you would think they would have learned something from the Aurora, CO theater massacre. Places where people are not allowed to carry and defend themselves are the first place an assailant is going to choose when looking for a target. Even if you don't carry you need to be aware of this and use caution when entering a TX business that has the 3006 sign posted (not the 3007).

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I respect that but the same goes or me and I won't give patronage to a business that first doesn't allow me to have a level of protection for me and my family and secondly for a company that does not support our right to bear arms that "shall not be infringed".

    All the best

This movie theater was ok to me in the past and the food was alright but now with the new renovations and changes I must admit I was very pleased. The Philly Cheesteak was even good. Highly recommend this place. The new recliner type chairs are amazing too. And the seats aren't close to one another either.

Before going to see guardians of the galaxy vol. 2 I downloaded the menu for this location and bud light was listed for $4 a bottle. The in-store menu has bud light listed for $6. I know you pay a premium because it is a theater but dam. Theatre itself was clean, clear sound and good video.

If there were more stars I'd give them. Love the new seats!!! App is getting there, but I'm patient. We go 2-3 movie a month. I love the cava for a nice brunch but everything on that menu is AMAZING. The staff are incredible and they have weird little homemade videos instead of the norm pre-movie trailers, although they do shows those but the little home made videos are funny it their own way, either way great change from the norm. I don't drink beer but if you do, I think you'd find a good selection. If you've never tried it you have to!!! Thanks Sarah!!

We love Alamo draft house. Food is great, lots of fun going to the movie early. It's our really only go to place.however, we also have a deaf daughter who would like to go with us but Alamo does not provide any captioning options (there may be one night a week at one time). Regal and others do it. Why not Alamo, you are so good and to miss something for the hearing impaired. Of course there would be descriptive audio as well for the visually impaired. C'mon guys, get with it! We love ya!
