These are large fully appointed suites that have all the necessities for daily living. It definitely shows its age, but the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The prime location just next door to temple square is the draw for our family.

We were in room 430 and it was a spectacular stay! It was very clean and quiet. You could not hear any one in the rooms next to you. It was well kept and very clean!

I have stayed at the Kimball many times over the year and have never been disappointed. The staff have always been friendly and my room has always been clean. With how close it is to everything in downtown, I'd definitely say it is worth the stay.

It is a very quaint little place to stay. You feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you walk in. There are plenty of places to go and see in just walking distance. I would recommend staying at The Kimball anyone wanting to stay in this area.

My family enjoys a time share at the Kimble that we book during the holidays. The Kimble is right across from the LDS temple grounds where the Christmas lights are always amazing. We are also very close to the professionals sports venues and all the good restaurants. The staff is always warm and accommodating. It feels like home.

Cozy, slightly outdated with the dark decor and carpeting, but clean. It's 50 feet from Temple Square, so it's conveniently located and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc.

The Kimball is an older facility with some dated furnishings and appliances somewhat Spartan. The staff are attentive and quick to remedy any problems. Our two bedroom is spacious and adequate. The Kimball is very walkable to public transportation, hikes, good shopping and restaurants. Very safe area.

Service is great, room is perfect, has a kitchen, but is within walking distance of restaurants and at least one local mall. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay near Temple Square and the Family History Library.

Ideal location near the convention center. Free parking. Nice facilities, well equipped kitchens for doing your own cooking. Comfortable and quiet.

I stayed here for one week for my honeymoon. The rooms were clean an neat when we arrived. The staff was very friendly. The beds were a bit firm and the hallways smelled a bit funny (the rooms were ok). The heating worked exceptionally well. Over all I really really liked it.

My husband and I stayed overnight at the Kimball. We checked in quickly and the rooms were very nice. No breakfast services, but the room included a kitchen where we could prepare food. There was a TV in the front room and bedroom, and a thermostat for our room. It was a very nice stay.
