We were completely pleased with our first experience staying here. Staff were friendly. Superb accommodations. We rented some movies. The breakfast was delightful. The Palace suite with Jacuzzi time and a bath bomb and cheesecake were special for the occasion and something you don’t do every day. I liked that happy, welcoming feel they helped us enjoy while we were celebrating. I got a bounce back gift certificate for a friend who will also get to enjoy special pricing on these fabulous rooms! I also did notice they paid attention to have things smell pleasant. It’s an older building but it doesn’t smell musty and dusty- I liked how smells vary somewhat in different habitations. Can’t wait to come again! We did tour the hotel in advance which is available from 1pm- 3pm which I would recommend to help you narrow your choices down.
The hotel is unique in each room, my husband and I stayed in the Rio Grande. It was like a sleeper train car. Upon check in we were able to order our breakfast for delivery the next morning between 07:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Once we were in our room, my favorite aside from the huge jetted hot tub, was the treats received in our room; two cheesecakes (one with chocolate sauce and the other with strawberry sauce), a bottle of sparkling apple cider and two water bottles.
The customer service upon check in was pleasant and fun conversation. The service for breakfast was wonderful, as it was dropped off on a nice tray on a stand in front of our door with a good knock and notice.
We stayed in the Jackson Hole room at the Fifth South location. Fun room, huge jetted tub, great staff! There are lots of extras included, cheesecake, sparkling cider, hot breakfast. When we checked out most of the rooms were open for cleaning and they let us look at all the open ones. We will definitely be back to stay in some of the other rooms we saw!
It was great! We stayed in the English Manor room, which has a fireplace and a huge tub. The fireplace is two-sided, so it heats the bedroom and the breakfast nook. One of the best things about the Anniversary Inn is all the little things they do for you. Fresh, warm cookies, complimentary cheesecake, complimentary sparkling cider, and a wonderful breakfast. It really felt like they appreciated us.
We have been staying at Anniversary Inn for 6 years now. We have stayed in each of the diamond suites and they are all nice. Breakfast is YUMMY! Every December they do an open house at each of the 4 locations. You can go walk through all of the rooms and check them out. They do refreshments and pictures with Santa for the kids. The best part of it is their gift certificate sale!!! For $169 ($159 if you bring a can of food to donate) you can buy a gift certificate that can be used for any suite and any day of the week!! AWESOME deal!!
Overrated. The building is old and so are the rooms. Nothing's modern. Cool idea but could use a facelift. For the amount you pay per night it would be nice to have an option for dinner. Breakfast is really good. But rooms are NOT sound proof. We heard EVERYTHING in the next room. Yes. Everything. Not the greatest experience.
Lots of different rooms that all are themed different. Great staff that takes care of anything you need. Great food, great movie selection. Nice tubs, great beds. TV and cable in every room. Also free WiFi. Not too far from downtown. Overall great hotel for a great getaway
Such a romantic getaway! Friendly people and free cookies and cider for guests! The water for the tubs stay very hot and the bed we slept on wasn't bad at all. I'd love to stay again. We stayed in the treasure island room.
My husband and I have been here many different times and stayed in many different rooms. Each experience was unique and very fun thanks to the different room themes. Each visit is like stepping into your own little world together. The breakfast brought to your door, huge bath tubs, and always awesome staff top off the experience. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay at Anniversary Inn, 5th South location. The room was fun and clean. We accidentally passed the turn to get to the hotel initially because it's a bit sudden off the main road, so we did have to circle back around. The service was excellent. The front desk workers were very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast that came with out stay came on time and tasted good. I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to others.
We visit the anniversary inn every year. We love it! We get a different room each time and they are all great! Some rooms are more expensive because they are bigger and have nicer beds. The staff has always been great! The breakfast isn't fantastic, but good enough to get your day started. I highly recommend staying at the anniversary inn!
My husband & I visited the Anniversary In for our wedding night and for each anniversary. Love the different themed rooms. The service has been excellent. Spending time in these rooms help re-enter that spark. Romeo & Juliet is great for wedding night, Jungle Safari brings out our wild side and Venice was so romantic. Looking forward to seeing which new adventure we will take. The Anniversary In is an escape from "regular" hotel rooms. I highly recommend it!!
The overall experience was very nice the only things that was a little disappointing was we were in the room next to the kitchen and it was pretty noisy with constant movement above us and to the side of us till about 2 in the morning. the mattress was slump down in the middle so we ended up crunched into the middle of the mattress. Anniversary Inn time to get a new mattress. the room was amazing though it was bridal veil Falls. They actually had a waterfall that came out of the ceiling into the huge bathtub. That was a pretty cool experience.
My husband and I stumbled upon this Inn while searching for a room on our last night in Salt Lake City before flying home. Wonderful surprise! It's unique, fun and not your ordinary, blah hotel room. Our room and breakfast were fabulous, and the staff were outstanding! Thank you. ☺ We will definitely be back!
We stayed in room 19, the jungle safari. It was such an amazing experience. We stayed for 3 nights. Taking a shower every morning with a rain shower head under an elephant. Also their service and breakfast and snacks are amazing. My husband and I could believe how nice, welcoming, and accommodating they are. Will definitely return for every anniversary we have to stay in a different room! Our first anniversary, total success!!!!
