Great spot to get a good night's rest. Hot tub was very welcomed after day on the slopes! Nice to see they support their community. There was a silent auction of some great photos of various sports celebrities and also of President Ronald Reagan to bid on; proceeds to benefit the Ronald McDonald House.

My stay at the Salt Lake City airport Hampton was wonderful. My room was sparkling clean and comfortably oversized. Since I was dropping folks off at the airport very late at night, it was convenient to stay over. The hotel is close to the airport and very easy to get to. The only thing I missed was having a refrigerator in the room to keep drinks cold.

After being employed there for 4 months I've decided to speak up. Hampton's General Manager & Front Desk Manager has allowed employees to hand write guest's credit card information on paper and simply place them in a regular trash can. They also allow employees to place credit card information in the notes of the system where it is not secure and anyone looking can write it down. It's against PCI compliance. They put all of its guests at high risk for credit card fraud and it has been occurring for over a decade. DO NOT STAY HERE. It will cost you a lot more than just a room rate and incidentals.

Rooms are way nice and the area is quiet which is lovely for being by the airport. The problem we had was the smell. It smells of cat urine so bad in the lobby and hallways. 😕🤢

Good hotel, nice location next to airport. Great beds. Restaurant onsite is fair for a hotel restaurant. Nice staff. Had an issue with room, maintenance fixed it asap.

I try to stay at a Hampton whenever I travel. The rooms are always clean and the staff always helpful. The free breakfast every morning helps, too! This location has a small restaurant, which helps for the newcomers to the area to grab a quick meal after arriving back at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this location to others, they have been great!

Close location next to the airport. Gym is decent and passable with free weights. Rooms are spacious and could be worse. I do like the easy access to the highway.

I was told they didn't have any refrigerators available however there was a mini fridge sitting outside my coworkers room all 3 days of our stay waiting to be picked up. Also. A plunger was left outside another door for pickup and it sat there for at least 2 days. The ice machine wasn't working either. The hotel could use some updates. The staff was kind, but they weren't very helpful. Honestly, they deserve 3 stars but I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were understaffed. Hotel is outdated too.

Professional, courteous staff. Clean hotel. One negative was that there wasn't a fridge in the room to keep my food cold for the next day, which I have come to expect from the Hampton Inn chain. Otherwise 5 stars.

Overall very good experience, just a few minor details. I wasnt warned we would be staying at the same time the hotel was hosting a wedding, this meant there were loud groups of people partying outside my window late into the night while I was trying to sleep. Also when I arrived.the front desk argued over who would help me (each of them trying to be the one who didn't) it made checking in a long process because it took about 10 minutes before I was helped. On the positive though. The rooms are nice and clean, the internet is fast the accommodations are really nice. Overall good experience except the couple minor issues

Comfortable hotel for an overnight stay before an early flight, but definitely showing its age. They have an attached convention hall that will occasionally (often enough to comment on) cater to loud parties. Unfortunately, if you happen to end up in a room on that side of the hotel when there's an event going on, you probably won't end up with much sleep that night.
