My battery died, and the maintenance guy took time out of his busy day to jump my car with his own truck, very grateful! Good customer service!

Not as clean as expected after booking on line. The floor is oddly "lumpy" in the room we had, like old carpet is under the kinda newer carpet. The sink was very very very slow draining. The beds are horrible. We rolled to the middle and sunk. Then last but not least if booking on line beware that they charge extra for your pets. $20 per pet per night. Not a big deal just wish we had known prior to booking. Will never stay here again. Worse place ever. Stay away from here the internet was very bad I can't get on at all and when my wife did get on it bumped her off.

I only gave it a 1 star because I couldn't give it a negative 5 stars. So we checked in and that was alright. But duringbtge night the automatic motion light sensors in the entry way and the bathroom would come on every hour and wake my wife, 10 month old son up. My other two sons could sleep through almost anything. We told the very unfriendly staff the next morning and the I my thing he said was. "You call in night and we change you room" not considering we had two sleeping children. No apology for the inconvenience or anything else. No other kind of offer either. Won't be coming back to this hotel again.🖓🖓🖓

I've had a great experience with this hotel. It has a lot of amenities for a hotel in its class. The room was very clean and included a microwave and fridge. The best part was the staff. They were extremely courteous and went out of their way to help during my stay. Definitely would stay again.

Comfortable beds. Easy check in. Pets are allowed, for a fee but they don't tell you that until you are committed to paying for the room. Oh, and by the way, pets are allowed, but if you want to go anywhere, you can't leave that pet in the room. You will have to take it with you. If you are the type that doesn't eat an early breakfast, you will want to be sure to get your food and take it to your room. Luckily they did have a microwave to heat it up later and mini fridge to keep your milk and juice cold until you're ready to eat. You will want to get it early because when they say breakfast goes until 9AM, THEY MEAN 8:30AM! Having a hot tub and pool was a good idea. But both were colder than you would expect i think the hot tub needs a good scrubbing as well. The brownish bubbles floating on top were my first clue.

Look I give it 5 stars because I rate based on what I know I am booking. I wanted a nice place to rest. Near airport. I have used this hotel multiple times including when I bicycles across the country in 2015. Their staff is friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, the pool and hot tub are nice.

Terrible stay. The staff made you feel like everything you had them do for you (their job) was an inconvenience. Rooms were cleaned *ok* but every single room in the hotel had a different stench. The pool was nice. No complaints there. However, the breakfast was absolutely pitiful. Around 5 different things to choose from.

Nothing fancy but has all the basics. Indoor swimming pool. My room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. For a no frills, place not bad. Just don't get your hopes up. Fine for a night if you need to be by the airport.

Would love your Super 8 these guys are so flexible and easy to get along with we'll stay here all the time especially in the hot tub suite.

This is the best super 8. Expect a decent make your own breakfast, that offers more than the average hotel. A small pool that begins at 3ft and 5ft. Then, there is a jacuzzi within the same area, and also including a fitness room to work out. However, the fitness room can fit about 4 people at best so be aware.

Got a two queen bed room for right under $100!! It was the best deal in town, staff was nice, room was clean. Comes with wifi, fridge, microwave, pool/hot tub and breakfast in the morning! Definitely recommend!!
