I highly appreciate the free coffee and the open space outside the door of the conference rooms, as well as the big pond nearby to walk around and watch the ducks and geese.

Very nice facilities, and friendly staff. The food was pretty great. And it's conveniently close to the airport.

The hotel was packed when we brought our family for the night. The desk clerk went above and beyond helping us with random questions and requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was perfect and the breakfast was just right for our young family (the pancake maker was a huge hit). This was a great place to stay. Thank you for providing us with a great place to spend some fun family time.

The wing tips restaurant was great. The service was very attentive and the food was really good. The lobby was very nice too and the service was friendly. Only went for business dinner, so I can't comment on the rooms. However, I do recommend the restaurant

Nice hotel. Rather far from any restaurants. My room was good. The only problem was the hot water was just warm when I took my shower at 4:00 am. I heard others, who got up later, talking about cold showers. Service was fine.

Place is nice with decent rooms. Staff is friendly. I normally stay at hampton inns which are great, but this hotel is almost a comparison.

I stayed at this location for 4 nights while in town for business. FirstDO NOT attempt to eat in the "bistro". For breakfast I was served a large hair with my eggs and potatoes, and the following evening, because of a long day, I decided to give it another try for dinner. I ordered the "grilled" chicken breast with mashed potatoes.my order came with french fries on the plate. I told the server that I had ordered mashed potatoes and not French fries and they took my plate back, scraped off the fries and laid my mashed potatoes on top of the french fry grease on my plate!!!! The "grilled" chicken breast was somewhere less than luke-warm in temperature, not even warm enough to melt the slice of cheese on top of it and was obviously also rendered inedible!! But waitthere's more. On 2 of the 4 nights of my stay my key card would not let me into my room after a long day of work, resulting in a return trip to the lobby to get my key card re-activated to allow me into my room. But..the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning and heat worked well in the room.
In conclusion, if you have to stay here be sure to bring your own lunch and be prepared to keep your expectations VERY low.
I will not staying here again, nor will anyone else from my business.

I used an online booking service which required me to pre-pay for the room. When I got there, the staff at the front desk had given my room away to someone else. They tried to explain away their error by saying never-ever use a certain online service to book, "they are the worst" the clerk kept saying --- until I told her that was NOT the service I had used, and I had been on a road trip across the country and back for several weeks using that same service with no problems. She had the confirmation printed out at the counter, so either they knew that the room had been sold when they gave it to someone else -- or they just didn't keep up with their paperwork! All they had to offer was a room that did not meet the required number of beds for my family. One person had to sleep in a chair. The clerk offered to call other hotels, but her co-worker interjected that all the other hotels were already booked up. We had been on the road for 16 hours and it was very late at night and the next town was 90 minutes away, so we were basically at their mercy. The only offer for their error was to bring up a roll away bed and we took that. Like I said, one person still had to sleep in a chair. To make things worse, when we got to the room there was a horrible odor. I am not a picky person, but I couldn't stand it. I had to go back downstairs and ask them for some room spraybarf. I won't be back again.

I only stayed here one night but I enjoyed it, the room was nice and clean and the staff at the counter was very friendly. I had forgotten to pack my tooth brush and they were quick to offer me one, which I thought was pretty cool. The restaurant was pretty good, had the chicken salad and was quite impressed with it. I would stay here again.

First time at this hotel. Very nice, but the tv is pretty old (not a big deal) and the hallway noise is pretty rough. That said, I'd recommend this hotel.

Attended a seminar here. I liked the rooms better than other seminars I've gone to in nearby hotels. This hotel is near a large pond you can see from The hotel. This pond has SOOOO many ducks and geese and swans, all of varying colors! It was a joy to walk to on breaks.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, both in its public areas as well as its rooms. The attached restaurant seemed pretty good, but I only had breakfast there. Free wifi, which is always a win. Overall the hotel stay was very comfortable and smooth. Really all you could ask for from a Holiday Inn.

Room was in great condition. Super friendly service. Very pleased. Would give 5* but was only there for sleeping hours. Very happy with our time there though.

A nice hotel for a Holiday Inn. It's a bit on the smallish side but the rooms are nice. Friendly staff and good food, though limited selections and not open for lunch. This is a bit of an issue if you are staying at the hotel for a conference. Very few restaurants nearby. This is pretty much on "Hotel Row". A car is a must out here if you want to anythineg other than hang out by the small indoor pool. Overall, a nice place.
